Yup, can't wait for JW excuse why Pinner didn't shine this game. How many times has he failed to get into the endzone from inside the 5 or even the 1?
 
Oh my dear God, I thought I'd never agree with Joe Theisman, but good GOD that was indeed a horrible call...It's becoming harder and harder to remain a Lions fan... :bag:

 
I actually don't mind the call that much, now the Packers are on the one. This will set the Lions up for great field position with less time on the clock which they will be able to milk until kicking a game winning FG.

4 straight runs????I can understand the first two, but on third or fourth down, why not go out of the pocket and run from there or throw in the end zone.

 
I actually don't mind the call that much, now the Packers are on the one.  This will set the Lions up for great field position with less time on the clock which they will be able to milk until kicking a game winning FG safety.

How do you kick a safety? ;)
 
So here's a legit question. They called intentional grounding on Gado, so they were calling whatever it was he was trying to do a forward pass.Now, Gado was outside the tackle, and the ball he "threw" went back to the original line of scrimmage.Is that not legal?

Did you see the play? Clearly it was holding and the Lions got screwed, admit it. It had nothing to do with your comment about throwing the ball in the end zone. Are there bad calls in every game, yes...but the Lions seems to get more than their share at crucial times...

How do retreads like Jauron still have a job in this league and continue to perpetually suck. If you are a season ticket holder of the Lions, you should be able to file suit for breach of contract on grounds of misrepresenation of the implied level of total suckiness. And maybe the judge could enforce an Injunction barring them from playing. That would provide some relief from the pain and suffering caused by this debacle we are seeing on the field every week.And can the NFL make a rule about coaches. If you suck for long enough then you are barred for life from the league and teams are forced to give some a new guys a shot.

Pinner is a decent backup, but he's not a starter in this league. He has no burst and no cut ability.
 
I skimmed the first 5 4 pages - where the hell did KJ go?He had a bruised elbow - then came back in for 2 then what?
