Game Thread W2 - Houston V Miami (1 Viewer)

Why wouldn't Miami call time out right after the third down stop? Might not have meant anything but they would have had 30 seconds left and had a chance to return a kickoff.

Texans need to cut it the #### loose when it comes to getting to red zone then not punching it in. Miami is fortunate they aren't down a lot more.

Just looking at the stats here, but the numbers look pretty good for Daniel Thomas. Is he running harder than in the preseason?

I'm starting to feel pretty good about that waiver wire pickup.

Foster 40 total yards. Miami better pick it up for the sake of Foster owners. If they get out to a safe lead were gonna see alot of Tate late
Looks like you may be right. Foster STILL has 40 yards total and it looks like we are seeing a lot more of Tate.Averaging 3.3 yards a carry but I guess we should be happy he's playing.

I'm a little worried about Foster. He looked not so happy on the sidelines before half. He either tweaked something, or was upset he wansn't in on the last drive. I hope it was the latter.

Probably pissed they are choking a bit when they get into redzone.

Yes he looks like a different back from the pre-season.And the fact he went undrafted in your league is not saying a lot about your competition.

I fast forwarded over some of the announcer talk, did they mention Johnathan Joseph's status? He hasn't been back in the game that I've seen.

ETA: Never mind, a few seconds after I posted, they just said ankle injury, return is questionable.

Bush will get more PT this half.....they need to score and pick up the pace and I would not be surprised if he hauls in 4-5 receptions this half and get's some opportunities to make something happen in space.

He is a decent weapon....friggin use him Sparano.

i still don't see Bush out there and its obvious passing play. I really think he's done but if you all are seeing something else please chime in.

Didn't go undrafted. He was dropped after all the negativity about his chances to get playing time this year.

They better because a 100 yd game from Thomas and a big loss is a ..... big loss.

I'll be surprised if Miami doesn't end up as one of the worst 5 teams in the NFL this year. Horrible offense and defense. They have zero fire in them.

Even worse then. After week one? With Reggie Bush's injury history.Your playing with minnows.

Same old Dolphins.

We are going to have a top 5 pick this year. No doubt about it.

Sparano will be fired at some point this season if we start off 0-6 or 1-7. And we very may well start like that.

Sigh....another long year in store.

Same in my league, decided to grab him instead of Jerome Harrison wasting space on my roster. Glad I did it.

Foster looks like he is done for the day...no helmet and standing on the sideline. I wonder if he is hurt or they feel this game is in hand?

This is slowly but surely turning into a full blown Kubiak RBBC.

Makes sense and the best for Texans to use all their RBs this year. All are solid.Tate nice reception. 9 yrd gain

Miami is fortunate that Kubiak is king when it comes to playing very tight/trying not to lose. Their offensive play calling stinks of playing conservative and trying to keep the small lead instead of trying to score.

We went 0-2 before going 11-5 in 2008
