Game Thread W5 - NY Jets V New England (1 Viewer)

Where the hell is Gronk?
Hernandez getting long targets
It's not just targets but I just tuned into this game and have not seen Gronk on field the few snaps I saw.
It's New England, they do whatever they want. I'm not being argumentative at all but they just rotate everyone and I don't think there is rhyme or reason with them or New Orleans for that matter. The key factor are the QBs, everything else is just an extension. They could use Hernandez early to loosen up the Jets and then hit them in the 2nd half with Gronk until they choke, it just ebbs and flows. Whats your take on them? Am I off base?

As I type this Gronk just caught a pass so he's back and not hurt. One of the things the Pats have done consistently is play Gronk on most snaps. Hernandez might bet Gronk in targets most weeks but Gronk plays significantly more snaps. This is who they've done it to this point so yea I'd say I'm more than a little surprised that they seem to be doing thing differently in this game especially when Hernandez was not thought to be 100% and the way to attack the Jets is to use them both.

Brady is getting all kinds of time, and taking a bit too long to get rid of the ball.

Another penalty, this one on Revis. Very questionable, IMO. Looked like Branch just fell.

Stop whining about the flags. It's common knowledge that you play the Pats AND the refs when you walk into Gillette.

Went to twitter to get some info on why Gronk not playing many snaps. Several people tweeted that they did not see Gronk in pre-game warmups. So not sure if he's hurt, ill or being disciplined for showing up late.
