Game Thread W6 - Tennessee at Jacksonville (1 Viewer)

I own Johnson in many formats but giving him the ball 8-10 times on the last drive when they were up 3 TDs and there wasn't much fight left in Jax...Fisher is on my stupid list.

Fisher is going to look like a dope if CJ gets seriously hurt out there just racking up some stats when the game is out of hand....
 
Well you know what Del Rio called the timeouts....so Fisher went ahead and rode his horse. I say they are both stupid!

 
Not playing against CJ but would have luved to see him tear up a knee.

He shouldn't have even been in the game never mind trying to score a TD on a 4th down play.

Eh, there is no such thing as running up the score in the NFL. If the Jags couldn't stop a run they knew was coming, that is their own fault. It was just dumb of Fisher to still have Johnson in there. Perhaps his comeuppance will be yet another home playoff loss this year...ya know, if he can actually get there again.

Yes, taking shots downfield with those running plays is just despicable.

I have no problem with the Titans going for it on fourth down. I just think it is utterly stupid to have your franchise back in there. Look at all the concussions that happened this weekend. It only takes one hit to put him out.

Del Rio had no business calling those Timeouts. Those coaches are both idiots. Jeff Fisher def has CJ on his fantasy team.
 
Surprised Tenn didn't call some timeouts to get the ball back. With a few seconds remaining they could have given CJ a shot at another useless TD.

I semi-agree.To start we have JAX running the ball at the goaline with no sense of urgency late in the 4th quarter. Del Rio doesn't seem to care about the clock at all.Fast forward a few minutes and we have JAX calling timeouts down 3 TDs with less than two minutes to go...So you can't fault Fisher for running the ball even on 4th and 5.

That or CJ gets a huge bonus if he meets certain stats.
 
Chris Johnson can make you hate fantasy football. That TD reminded me of the ######ed last minute TD in week 16 last year, when the Titans were down a couple scores and just kept running it over and over to get CJ his 2000 yards. Cost me a championship. :banned:

This. I have no problem with the fourth down call from that yard line, but Chris Johnson had no business being in the game. I say this as a football fan and not a fantasy football freak. Also, I reallly really really hate that team.
 
I always love the running up the score comments.. Kicking a FG on 4th down would have been running up the score, throwing a bomb on 4th down would have been running up the score. Having three TE and saying your running and going for 40 yards isn't running up the score..

After Jacksonville second timeout I was yelling for Fisher to call a bomb to Britt.

Blame the Jags coaching staff. If they don't call timeout and let the clock run (down 20, do they really think they can mount a freaking comeback?) I bet Fisher lets Ringer in the game ... This was his way of saying, 'You don't want the game to end, I'm going to shove it down your throat.'
 
Another big game from titans defense, now the #2 in ppg in my league behind pit. I picked up sf and kc due to their upcoming schedules, but it's going to be hard to drop the titans.

 
Isn't CJ also like 2 100 yard games away from breaking a Sanders record? Coaches don't forget that and in long run players like when coaches do that. If Jacksonville was playing a little harder late I am sure Cj wouldn't have been in the game, but the way they were playing they weren't hurting anyone.

Drew had alot better chance to get hurt then CJ.
