Wasn't a flop, the Browns player kinda stumbled and dove for Leon Washington. Was a really bad call though, and very likely a game changer.

Horrible game for the zebras, almost as bad as the Seattle "QB". Terrible roughing call, terrible "block" in the back call, no PI on the pick.

Not sure how slapping the receiver's left hand away isn't PI. Mora's a ####### idiot, the whole left arm was slapped! He was contacted.

Another no flag. Carey's usually a good ref, but this is a game for him to forget. Rice got held on the non-call PI in the endzone too. If Seattle were at all threatening to do anything, I'd be more upset about the refs screwing them. But since they don't seem to want to move the ball at all, hard to say the refs are affecting anything other than their own grading.
