CTRL + F. A search bar pops up, type in the name of the song. How the heck do I search the list.
I think that just qualifies as discussion with music. I think we'd need to re-visit any bonus category to make it a playlist. I think the way we were doing it before was taking categories and just making bonus picks, so there really isn't precedent.Strings and Things playlist is updated, as is the spreadsheet. Though what's the deal with the one-word songs, are these things that are going on a playlist and in the spreadsheet?
Does he play live often around Detroit?
Sort by song title and then everything is in alphabetical order and easier to find. Why are these not coming up when I am searching? I went though several Summers songs but didn’t see that one….again could have been the beers
Saw him perform this on the CBS Saturday Morning show yesterday- it was a nice performance. This is on Lyle's new album.
Round 553
Pants is Overrated - Lyle Lovett (short skirt, long jacket: songs about clothes or style)
I just looked, and it was picked, but by Pip in a past bonus round!Round 553
Torn and Frayed - The Rolling Stones (Short Skirt)
I’m on my phone so spreadsheet isn’t ideal - so not sure if this was picked - if so it was likely me.![]()
He used to but I don’t think he’s played live in over a decade. Part of the issue he’s a recovering alcoholic and obviously the live music scene is pretty much all geared around bars/booze. He’s just not into that kind of scene.Does he play live often around Detroit?
If you're going to do that instead of CTRL + F, can you revert to sorting it by round number (column A) after you're done?Sort by song title and then everything is in alphabetical order and easier to find.
Round 553:
Strings and Things:
La La Means I Love You -- The Delfonics
The band is already on the playlist, but this is one of my favorite string-laden soul songs and needs to be added before the playlist goes away.
So it gets retired next roll, I think.Segue Way is now at 3 hours.
I can't believe this is a legitimate statement. I'd ask how we got here, but I think I may be part of the problem. It's been almost 400 rounds since I drafted this band so fair's fair.

Three are getting retired. I'll roll for Dayton tomorrow. I have an exam tonight.
Thanks. I don't think I'm as prepared as I should be, but this has been quite the bear of a class. Hardly adult learning class. It's grad school rigor. Blech.Good luck on the exam!
What class are you taking? Thanks. I don't think I'm as prepared as I should be, but this has been quite the bear of a class. Hardly adult learning class. It's grad school rigor. Blech.
When the first song pops into my head for a category now my first thought is I probably took it 150 rounds ago for the same category.rockaction said:Dice Roll:

Rough story - I hope for the best. There is a cat out at the colony named Tina, and she is dying. She is one of the oldest cats. She is somewhere in her teens, which is old for a feral. I've noticed the last few weeks that she has been losing weight. She was still eating great up until the last week. She eats, but she doesn't eat a lot. Recently I've gone there during lunch to see if she is around, and if she is I give her some wet food. She eats about half. I do the same at night, and she eats about half a small can. She also eats the dry a little bit. It isn't easy keeping the others away from her food, but they know not to touch it. It is when I turn around, or go to my car that they try to move in. She will also get annoyed by them sometimes, and she'll walk away from her bowl. She is allergic to mosquitoes, and has no hair left on her ears from scratching them through the years. The summers are rough on her, and she gets bloody ears and blood on her nose, etc. I give her a flea treatment to try and make her life in the summer less miserable. I crush a flea pill in some wet food. It is prescription here, so I get it from Canada. Anyway, I'm dreading possibly finding her deceased, and I feel helpless, because I can't trap her, and I can't touch her. She still has the energy to jump on things, but she has gotten so skinny. I don't know if she has cancer or if maybe her kidneys are just giving out on her now. I hope she isn't in pain.
Introduction to Copyediting. It's been crazy. We have a guy who worked for the L.A. Times and everything is timed and on deadline and all sorts of stuff. The concepts have been buried in the weekly tests we have, which are presented in illegible formats because he hasn't figured out the correct way to do it through the university's mark-up program. I could go on, but it'd be too whiny. I'll leave it as it is.What class are you taking?
Is he new at the university?Introduction to Copyediting. It's been crazy. We have a guy who worked for the L.A. Times and everything is timed and on deadline and all sorts of stuff. Me too. It is harder seeing them sick and possibly suffering versus finding one dead out of the blue, or one of them disappearing and knowing something bad happened to it.Rough story - I hope for the best.
I don't think so. I think he just doesn't know how to Zoom and use the interfaces. Is he new at the university?
