**Giants at Eagles**(-7, 44) (1 Viewer)

It was OPI but they rarely call it. I wish they'd call it more consistently but it's a tough pill to swallow to get called on it when they don't do it consistently. And especially on top of the other calls that went against them today.
No different than the pushoffs and flopping in the NBA. It sucks when it’s your team but it’s usually the right call.

Yeah, and when the DB is holding the WRs wrist while the balls in the air, I kinda feel like the official can let a little push go. That looked like normal hand fighting to me.

I'm pretty mild about PI, things that seem obvious with three camera angles aren't so easy to spot during the play.

Just a baaaad day for these particular officials.

I hope Daboll goes HAM after the game

Does Brady ever shut up?

They should get him and Romo together for a call, would be hilarious.

To be serious though, both of them just have so many thoughts going through their head about it all they just want to dump it all out. They talk a lot but it's all good info. I'm a fan of both.
I'd be ok with Brady if he literally talked half as much. With him talking constantly it's just yammering and I turn the volume down.

Giants’s fans- you got completely jobbed this game. Officiating was absolutely ludicrous and the Skattebo injury was heart-breaking.

Take heart that you have some phenomenal, exciting, young talent on Offense, the Oline is improved and the D front 7 is stout.

They shouldn’t have had the ball because the Dart fumble should not have been overturned.

Dont know how anyone can watch this game and not beleive that the NFL is involved in this Gambling scandal
There is no sense even watching these games if there is absolutely nothing the Giants can do to win. Insanely badly officiated game.
At min this should have been a 27 -31 games ... Who know's how it would have played out?
It's almost impossible to not call the Hurts fumble a fumble ... That's what it was (+7 eagles)
It's almost impossible to call the Slayton TD PI ... 4th and 11 from the inside their own 10 ... even the comentators and guest ref agreed (-7 Giants)
That doesnt even take the BS fall start called as offside against Thibodeux (immediatley followed by a TD +7 philly)
And the PI on Corey Black on 3rd and 11 that the commentors thought shouldnt have been called (result FG +3 Philly)
Or the ridiculous block in the back against the 100 lb soaking wet Wandale Robinson ... would have been 3rd and 1 at the Philly 49 ...(resulted in a Punt 1 play later)
And the non block in the back call against Carter (dont recall the result of that drive)

Why ? The review showed his hand was coming forward ... guest ref agreed even if it was slight.
So the eagles should get that call as well as all of the others.

And Lol!! At that DBag Sirianni complaing for 10 minutes about a whistle on the missed FG that was blown while the ball was in the air !!! What impact did that have ???
I'm actually schocked that they didnt allow them to re-kick it that wouldnt been perfect

Woke up and watched most of the game half asleep in bed (night shifter). THought much the same. Eagles handled business today, and looked terrific. I don't think the calls decided this game by any stretch, but there were multiple really sketchy calls. SKat was fun to watch, the league is made less by this kind of injury

I thought it was a break when they didn't give Giants the ball on the tushpush...momentum was stopped, but barely with no whistle, coulda /shoulda called that a fumble. The OPI call late was garbage...but Giants don't even get to try that play without the inexplicable reversal of the Dart fumble...which was absolutely a fumble.

Haven’t watched and didn’t see it in the highlights. What happened to Skattebo?
Google it, but be warned- it’s a gruesome injury.

Short pass across the middle, Baun tackled him and his leg stuck under him. His foot was turned sideways. Very likely season-ending. They reported he was actually taken to the hospital for treatment.

I’m so horrified by the thought of it that I can’t even get myself to click on the Skattebo player thread. I’m dead serious. I refuse to click that thread this year. Might not even click on next year’s thread.
