Gio value and trade value (1 Viewer)

Just wondering how people are valuing Gio going forward.

What kind of trades or offers have been made for Gio?

I offered Foster in 12tm PPR dynasty 25 man rosters and it was immediately denied

In a couple PPR deep keepers, he's probably close to untouchable, even at a healthy keeper price tag ($35 to keep next year, rising at $5 every year). If he becomes the player he appears to be, he'll be fine value for about another 4-5 years.

He could only be gotten for some of the dirtcheap golden assets in those leagues.

I offered Ray Rice and Dwayne Bowe

for

Gio and either Colston or Decker

The other guy took it as an insult. So he is worth more than Rice.

That might not be the case.

I recently went through the ordeal of trying to trade Bowe, and he's pretty much got negative value (people would rather have the roster spot) and certainly it'd take a major upgrade elsewhere for someone to take the Bowe for Colston or Decker.

Maybe, but I'd draw the conclusion that Bowe is worth nothing and Colston and Decker are worth a lot.
Right, the point being I thought Rice was better than Gio so I tried to use that lure to dump Bowe for an upgrade at WR. Unfortunately, no amount of upgrade will overcome Bowe's perceived suckitude. On th ebright side I wa sable to spin Bowe for Walace - but feel like I trade a punch in the nose for a poke in the eye.

Its not perceived. Bowe is in the low 60s in WR targets this year. His only saving grace is he might score tds. A guy in my league trys to keep trading him to me for a running back even though Ive got FITZ, Marshall, and Antonio Brown. He just doesnt get it.

Moved Gio for Forte today. I needed better production this year for a run. I like Gio and hated to move him but needed the immediate return.

I was offered Trich for Gio and David Wilson. Std scoring redraft. (This was while he was still on browns)

6-player keeper. PPR.

Other owner offered

- (his) Chris Johnson (8th round keeper)

- his 6th round draft pick

For

- (my) Gio (2nd round keeper)

- my 10th round draft pick

I countered - upgrading his 6th pick to his 4th pick. He immediately accepted. My decision was affected by the fact that I almost certainly would *not* have kept Gio due to good value rbs in later rounds. Honestly, I was surprised at his offer and that he accepted my counter offer without splitting the difference between the 6th and 4th round pick.

ETA: Original offer made this past Thursday and counter offer accepted Friday before the week 5 games.

Was involved in the following trade this week in a 12 team PPR dynasty:

Team A got:

Gio

M.Wallace

Bradford

Kelce

Team B got:

Jamaal Charles

Rivers

In one dynasty league I'm in (non-PPR), I offered Eric Decker to an owner for Gio and he came back with "I wouldn't accept Demaryius (Thomas) for him."

Let's just say he and I disagree on Gio's (and Demaryius') value.
