#### you I have never even sniffed 300#.
:bag:

i have. Tubofgooitis is an awful existence. Currently tipping scale at 230. Was hovering between 200-205 two years ago. Remembering that I like to eat and sit on the couch hasn't been good to me. Especially when combined with my alcohol intake (quiet Bentley) Need to get back at it.

About 2 years ago I decided to eat to my actual activity level, since then I have been in the 180-190 range.

only in the NFL (maybe NHL but since no one ever knows what injury guys actually have) would it be thought possible for a player to play 6 weeks after breaking his freaking back

just let the guy retire for #### sake

My friend called me from the scrip club. Dancer accused him of lifting $300 off their table in VIP and they were going to call the cops on him. Jimmy wouldn't steal a free drink but he was loaded.

1. I am a good friend.

2. Jimmy got home safe

3. He also owes me $300.

this sounds a lot like the grandma scam. except maybe less grandma-ey.

also- very glad to hear that the pacific nw didn't get annihilated over the weekend. even if that result may have meant an uptick of work for architects and scarf makers.
