:hifive:  I'm not in charge of what sticks and what doesn't. If I was, I would have been elected President in 2000, not Dubya. And by now I would be planning world domination from my secret lair inside a volcano. 

 
Wawa is great. I've spent way too much there over the last 6 months. The chorizo, egg & cheese on a croissant is ridiculous. So hard to eat right and pass that up.

Impossible to pass up the Gobbler Hoagie, even if it's horrible for you and a huge sloppy mess.

When do I have to have my written answer in?  I think I know but I want to double check with @Thorn and @krista4 and @Henry Ford and @Homer J Simpson .

Went to WaWa the 1st time ever last week in Orlando.  Pretty cool.

Pretty good deli sandwiches - clearly 1000% better than Subway, no comparison.  Real meat and lots of it.

Though my son forgot to tell them "go light" on the sauce with his meatball sandwich - was a wet mess when we got home.

Sorry, I know how I'd read it as a normal human, but I'm not a litigator and god knows they might have different ways of saying something.  You might wish to tag fish, too - he does some of this stuff as well.

"we" have been looking at houses that were 3-4 times more than mortgage on the house where we live now. different neighborhood. closer to school. "all our friends are buying houses like this now!". after a few years now of futile "discussions" about how we simply cannot afford that much house... an epiphany!

"i've done a lot of thinking about what you said.. about not wanting to be house poor. our house isn't great but at least we can do the things we want. we don't have debt. we can buy things for the kids birthdays and whatever. i still think we need to move and i've been looking at places. there's an open house on Sunday that i think looks great. great location close to school, enough space, doesn't cost too much....."

Sunday rolls around. head to the open house. yes, it's closer to school. it's not bigger. it's newer but cookie cutter. weird layout. loads of repairs ("we can totally just tear out the cabinets/the kitchen/all the carpeting/the deck/the shed/the trees/frame the basement/put in a 2nd bathroom!") buuuuuuuuuuuut it's only 2 times the price of our current house! :excited:

sooooooooooo all that stuff about not wanting to be house poor... maybe poor has a different meaning in your country?

I lied.  There's not enough information in your post to answer.

some things that may matter:  what do you mean by "delivered"?  was it mailed?  first class or certified?  is there a postmark? is there a certificate of service?

Assuming you were personally served, you have until the monday after 20 days from the 15th.  If it's by mail, the answer is it depends, what state, and when was it postmarked?

The real answer is just call them, ask for an extension to a particular date, and respond then.   Everyone grants a first extension.

I met the server guy in the applebees parking lot Saturday night at 7pm a couple weeks ago.  I was out of town when he first came by my place on he prior Wednesday.  

The Monday 20 days after the 15th would be November 7.

Curious as to why you'd request an extension if it was something you could deal with - and get over with - right away. I have no idea if BAbe can or not in this case, but I'd rather get #### like this behind me as soon as possible if I could.

From the description, I doubt it is. But getting an extension to a particular date removes all uncertainty.  Plus if Abe's going to lawyer up it gives his lawyer more time to prepare.

if you can imagine someone who laughs... all the time.. at everything... all day... who can't say 3 words without breaking out in to a gut wrenching chuckle.... who flaps his arms when he talks.. shouts on the phone, while eating, that quotes movies/shows and takes all his sports opinions from the morning radio show.... you have somewhat of an idea.
