Mrs. Osaurus did this once while watching some first aid video.  She excused herself to go to the bathroom and then passed out walking back to her chair.  Nobody noticed because it was dark.  Good times.

Had just taken a shot of my inhaler- for the chronic cough- stood up quickly and ran to another part of our studio "jokingly" trying to grab a new magazine that features or work.

I didn't even realize that I started stumbling in slow motion, catching myself in a slump on a co-workers desk.

We were all laughing about it, but it freaked the hell out of me.

Found out last night that a guy from my magic football leeg has passed away.  He was in his 70s, retired, and was probably in AT LEAST a half-dozen different keeper/dynasty leagues of various flavors. We've been in one league together since 1999. He also did fantasy baseball, hockey, and God knows what else.

Every spring for as long as I've known him, he's gone to FL or AZ for 2 weeks to watch baseball (and drink beer).  Apparently died in his sleep after a day of watching ballgames in the sun.

Not a bad way to go.  RIP Al,

there's a certain..... volume.... poster of late that i've put on ignore but the threads he starts still show up.  isn't there a way to block that?

 
Had a meeting about 50 miles from my house this morning.  Figured out halfway there that I forgot my wallet.  Apple Pay saved my ###.  Got gas and lunch off my phone.

I've been trying to use Android pay wherever I can.  I hadn't tried it until recently and it beats the hell out of doing the whole "Our machine is swipe only / Insert card, oh the chip-reader's broken" shuffle.  Plus it's super fast.  Downside is that it's not accepted everywhere.

 
any of you guys go to school with a group bathroom where one dude would dump pails of cold water on people in the toilet stalls?
