Haven’t done that one but have a friend who has a high ranking job at Taliesin West in Arizona. It’s amazing.Taliesin is absolutely amazing. The 4 hour estate tour I went on today barely scratched the surface of what’s going on there and it’s creator. Loved it, @krista4. I want to take Mrs. O there the next time we’re in Wisconsin.
Skipped Cave of the Mounds and went to New Glarus Brewery right away. That’s when the crappy part of my day started. No parking to speak of and it was packed. I mean 2 lines for tickets for beers 20 deep each packed. Bought a cool glass and left within 10 minutes. Stopped by Total Wine and got some New Glarus and other singles on the way back into town. Avoid New Glarus at all costs this holiday weekend. Listen to Admiral Ackbar. Ugh
"But "Football In The Groin" had a football in the groin!"That’s the funny part.
If she had been fat, it would have been funnierThat’s the funny part.
drowned out by the boos later in the gameTUESDAY save.
I don't think I've ever heard a louder cheer for a first-quarter field goal.![]()
Schwantz reduction?Met with my plastic surgeon Tuesday. Nice guy. And he may or may not have done work on Rita Wilson (Mrs. Tom Hanks) based on an autographed pic I saw in his office.
All set for surgeries on 9/23. Maybe 3 days in the hospital and a week of recovery at home. I’m all broken up over missing 2 weeks of school.
Nah. Plastic surgery is needed because when my actual surgeon removes my tumor(s) and parotid gland I will end up with a divot in my face.Schwantz reduction?
Eta... GL- hope it's all in the rear view mirror for you. And that if this is your goal, it works out to your expectations
Me too. There is a very important facial nerve in the same area. I don’t know the name of it but I call it the Carl Spagler nerve. It will be weakened but it should recover quickly.I hope the surgery goes well.
She ain’t lyin’.That Longhorn loss would hurt, except I've had seven Captain and Diets and this tall, nerdy chick told me I have nice hair.![]()
for no benefit. (Insurance stopped covering rehab several weeks back because he wasn't progressing fast enough for them, so she had been paying out of pocket.) On the plus side, the insurance will cover the nursing home, and later, in-home nursing care; just not rehab at this point. He was released Wed. evening. Whether he's going to continue to kill himself by eating remains to be seen. It's been a year and a week since my brother almost died. He was readmitted today. I just got home. Yay sportsball!
Scarf and no pants? So, you opted for the "Architect's Delight" then?Plus, I didn't wear any pants.
Man, times have changed. That used to be the “Howard Hughes.”5-ish Finkle said:Scarf and no pants? So, you opted for the "Architect's Delight" then?

Sitting in a conference room waiting to meet the team (after meeting with HR and the longest confidentiality agreement I've ever seen, including some things I don't love). Got a tour of the office, where the Hr manager was terrified to walk in front of the boss's office...led me by almost at a sprint while whispering to not make any noise.
First client is apparently the widow of a public somebody I don't like (never met- don't like the public persona and works).
Doubts and second-guessing this decision creeping in fast...
Lol. I might give it until after lunch. Or until after I meet the team. (Still waiting)it's never too soon to quit
