I'm probably just drunk but I watched the highlights of the brawl on MLB.com. They had the Dodger feed and Matt Kemp kept saying "That's effin BS" to the umps, Padres, fans, anyone who would listen. Vin Scully was the consummate professional stating, ""That's fertilizer" is what Matt Kemp keeps saying over and over". I laughed like a *******.

I'm watching a thing on India and the Taj Mahal on PBS and the narrator said "in today's dollars, it would cost 200 million to build". He's smoking crack and meant "billion" right?

Actually, the Indian government and the Taj Mahal "foundation" or whatever it is claims it's 200 million, but independent researchers looking at the cost of gold, the rupee and inflation is estimating the cost to be slightly above 1 billion.

How is this something someone knows?

Seriously. It's watered down as it is...by the time it gets through my UHEM undershirt, my starched white dress shirt, and my sweater vest is basically smells like a cologne with hints of woods, citrus, and a lot of barley.

Took myself out of that placement today. Seems they wanted someone through 12/31. I just couldn't make that kind of commitment to Houston, compared to going to Granada in August instead. Also would interfere with my new plans to do two epic US roadtrips before moving.
