GM's thread about nothing (49 Viewers)

Good buzz going. Life is good. Back is finally on the road to recovery, just can't drive for long periods of time or it jacks me up.

 
I don't see the line being too enormous though. If they only gave New England 5 (which I said I thought was too low), I think a team with a better D is going to get something similar.

Denver -5.5 O/U 45

If it's the Niners I could see that number being slightly higher.

If the game was in a dome or warm weather, I'd hammer Denver at that, but in the potential bad conditions, it could be interesting.

 
I'm at a party with some neighbors whose kids are friends with JR. I'm pretty sure we are the only people here who don't go to their megachurch. I got a plate full of food, stuffed my pockets full of Shiner and took off upstairs to play legos with JR. Slap it high?

I think Denver giving points is a gift. They haven't played a defense like Seattle or San Fran. Those teams are both angry and mean.

Big fan of stuffing beer in my pockets at parties. Because when they run out, I'm bit going to suffer.

No way Denver is favored over either NFC team.
 
Per the wagering thread it's currently a pickem against either team.

I bet 2 units in NFC -2.5 before the first game. Not looking smart right now

Sherman will get away with being a Doosh bag as long as he can cover receivers. After that, he will just be the 32 year old gas bag that everyone pities.

 
I've got no issues with what Sherman said. Quality entertainment. I can't even imagine what those guys were saying to each other on the field, but I'm pretty certain that it was worse that that

Sorry to hear this as well. My wife's old man passed from lung cancer. Sadly, the research is severely underfunded because it isn't as glitzy as a breast. If there's any info you need don't hesitate to text or PM, gb. For every not so great story like PV's dad, there are tons of success stories too, so there is that.

 
Made those Polish Mistake things to eat while watching football today. Holy hell. :porked:

No work tomorrow so I think I'm going to get drunker than usual for a Sunday night. :hifive:
