Looks like a scam.

I like that Krista wanted to name her boat after Season 2 of the Wires. That makes me happy inside.

I'm actually heavily considering a dog now that we have the name picked out. After my last dog incident, I was sure I was done with canines for good (0 fer 3), but Wey Bey is too good of a name to leave on the table.
I need to get a house before a boat, and that's not looking good.

Since I last posted, we put in an offer for House 2 only to find that they received multiple offers and had just gone under contract . Neat. Now I'm on a plane to ATL and about to offer $40K over asking for (previously not mentioned) House 3.

Seattle is starting to piss me off.

SQUARES UPDATE?

ETA IT IS A BOX POOL . HTH
I still want to know what happens if/when somebody doesn't sell out the squares. I've had that issue in the past and it sucks. What's the best course of action?
I will pay $5 per square over asking price and live in them.

Mingo from tailgating is in for 2. I'll hold off on paypalling you for them in case I need to get in for more to help close this out. I work at a bank so I'm good for it. ;)
Cool, I'll save 2

Do you need an inappropriately long hug?

I'll gladly buy a couple more squares if it's looking like a no-fill situation
It'll sell out, it's just a matter of when. if you want to make it happen sooner, just let me know how many more squares you'd like  ETA - neat board... doesn't seem to like me quoting [icon]. Maybe it's tired of squares talk too

I found a house to rent today. I called the agent on the rental listing and was told it rented a few days ago and the people are moving in this weekend. I am wondering how the two other local real estate agents who sent me lists of properties to look at somehow missed this pretty perfect one for us.

So now I am looking at a few this weekend (if they aren't gone by then) that are further away from public transit and the airport than I like. I feel like I am rushing, but I want to move and start the job as soon as I can, so I can adjust before Baby Jenkins causing a whole new transition for me. These place are like 10 miles from the regional rail stop and probably 35 minutes to the airport.

House 3 sure as **** better have a Pizza Overn or there is going to be a riot in here.

Wife out of town for the next few days. Just me and Hazel tonight for the first time in a long time. She's getting more fun, but is still labor intensive. No boys tonight as they'll be with their mom. Not really sure what to do this evening. She usually goes to bed around 7:30 so maybe I'll actually read or something crazy like that.

I will take 4 if available.
paypal sent
got it

FatMax, got your 4 too :hifive:

Looks tedious.

Mornin, fellas.
I was thinking about your situation and decided that you have two choices and two choices only:

1. Move to Las Vegas, get a bar tending job, and do what you do best (drink, party, mix cocktails, chase skirts, etc.). In for a penny, in for a pound as i always say.

2. Don't remember the other choice as I was too busy being envious of the first option.

Temps in the 20s don't scare me, of course. But imagine a skating rink with 200 people who have never laced up a pair of skates. That's what it's like to drive here right now, a complete cluster.
Is the ice going to kill more people than Josh Hamilton?
I don't Hipple much but feel obligated to do so when Josh Hamilton is mentioned. #### that for half assing it through his contract year and for writing the smuggest most self important bull#### autobiography I've ever read. Or at least that I've read the first 20 pages of before deciding I couldn't deal with it.

I'm curious as to why you started the autobiography in the first place.

I love Vegas, but I hate the city of Las Vegas. I actually did #1 back in '99. Packed up my car and headed to Vegas...had a place to stay and some connections to get a bar gig. Ten days later I was heading back home. I just absolutely hated that city so bad I couldn't imagine living there.

But your sentiment is correct, just got the wrong location.

Yeah, I hate Vegas too. Not a chance in the world I could live there. Awful place.

New Orleans would be my next suggestion. Aspen not far behind.

This is in response to why I would read Josh Hamiltons autobiography.
