New Radicals were one of those bands that I despised when they were out, but I just outright ####### hated a lot of music that i wasn't into as a youth. Refusing to ever hear a given single by a band, standing with my back to bands during shows (I came around on The Get Up Kids, oddly). Now I just kind of shrug my shoulders. I can def. see how it got to be a big hit.

Doesn't he ####-talk Pavement and someone else in that song? That's kind of cool.

This is just odd.

That's what I mean by pre-hipster. To see the video and the guy singing it, I didn't really get the feeling he had the ability to "kick your ### in" on any of those people - including the 13 year old Hanson brother - much less all of them.

Not to mention that he has no room to talk.

New Radical (or whatever his name is) calling out Hanson is like Clint Howard calling Steve Buscemi "ugly".

My wife just found out that she got the job she applied for.

She'll be making 12-13% more in terms of salary and, unlike her current job, bonuses (seems to be about 3-5% of base salary every month) are obtainable. And oddly enough, from what she's heard, it's actually easier at the new place. The only drawback is that the new place stays open much later the wings are terrible.

That's one of things that make this job easier. Nobody really expects the food to be all that great.

I don't think I've ever seen a male server or bartender at a strip club. But I've only been to one or two.

My point. I made 2-3 times as much in tips (compared to the female server) back in my first go as a server. I'm making a f'n ton in tips now and I'm just filling in. Strip club guys trust the male bartender with the "hang around for another hour, the girls are better" type bull. I'm taking home $350-600 each night in tips. I'm not even trying.

Made my wife watch the first four episodes tonight and she's hooked too (It's Always Sunny i mean). It was awesome because some of the jokes from seasons 7-8 were set up during this first season. Brilliant show.
