Primarily tossing it back and forth from one hand to the other - but also swinging it side to side and up and down. I can't do a whole lot that involves my knees, but those are really starting to get me back in shape. Sneetch-belly is seeing some big changes.

one of the funnier things I remember was at the end of brunch yesterday. We had all gone through a lot of really good and strong beer during the meal to run up a $300+ tab or so. most of the crew left with stryker to take Charlie home, so me, Tre, and Bob were at the bar and Pepper was waiting outside for our cab to show up. Tre was enjoying a beer, and Bob had just ordered a red bull & vodka. I decided to order a coffee to go so I could bring it with me in the cab. As soon as Bob gets his drink made, the cab pulls up outside. He asks the bartender to bring him an empty coffee cup to go, and the guy looked at him funny but then just brought one over without giving it too much thought. Bob pours the red bull vodka drink into his cup and got to enjoy his cold refreshing drink on the way to the next bar. I'm pretty sure it was illegal, but still brilliant.

It's easy to confuse Milwaukee and New Orleans.

Anniversary dinner was a huge success. As predicted, my Mom cried at the beginning, during each of the first three courses, at dessert, and when I dropped them off after dinner.

I was at the bar getting a round of beers when I heard the person next to me order 7 beers and 7 shots. I thought 'man, that's a big order' but didn't look over to see who was ordering them. When I walked back to our table, I start seeing an army of beers and shots being brought over by Guster. I guess my round of 3 or 4 beers wasn't needed. :\

To go cups are pretty frowned upon, depending on the bar. I'm kinda surprised at that. But awesome for Bob
