So after soccer with my amigos, we cooked a bunch of wonderfully marinated skirt steak and other lesser desired parts of the cow over a real wood fire. When they said we were going to BBQ I expected charcoal, but they rolled up with a bundle of firewood. Very cool!! I've never done that before and the meat was ridiculously good.

No. Gig Harbor has its own microclimate. I spend my evenings on a boat and by the time I get home my house has cooled off. No need for A/C.
