Is it cheap / plasticy? Would I strip the gears or run the motor out crushing ice?What would I be able to get for about a $100 for a food processor / blender, and would it be that much better than this newfangled contraprtion?

The gears are all in the motor which seems very solid. It attaches above each, different lower unit which has the blade assembly sitting on a pivot.I was skeptical, but for $35, I gave it a shot. Now I think it's pretty close to being the Dyson of blenders without getting anal raped on the upgrade in technology.

Hmm, why don't they just make the gummies alcoholic like jello-shots? Legal issues? Alcoholic gummies would make sneaking alcohol into events like football games a lot more simple.

I got a bullet as a "gag" gift...and I firggin love that thing. Makes salsa and margaritas like nothing I've every seen. The fact I can blend drinks in their own party mug is a plus :(

Not cheap/plasticy at all. This thing is awesome. LOVE the fact that the bowls double as containers. Blades are sharp as hell, so you gotta be real careful cleaning them. I made a pound of pasta last night with this pesto and there was not one noodle left. Just got devoured. Best pesto I've ever made...
