I'm up by 30 with Witten still playing. The other guy is done. Oh, and I did it with Britt and Lee Evans on my bench. If I had played them I'd have over 200 pts in a league where 115 is about the average per week.

I played against Britt this week. Nice week. We had 225 two weeks ago when the average is about 95.

Oh how I've tried to get out of being here while they are, but unfortunately they are picking up some of my furniture with the TRAILER THAT THEY HAVE TRAILING THEIR SUV (meaning they have STUFF for us).So my thought was to go to Greenville and meet them there. You know, grease the wheels with my parents a little. Maybe stay a day or two after they left to cut down on Potential MIL time in my house in Jacksonville over the weekend.However, my last visit home didn't go so well and my BF isn't comfortable with my being in my parents' house alone without him to protect me. So, as it seems now, we are driving up Wednesday, having lunch with both sets of parents Thursday, then driving back together Friday.GD IT.

I got out about three years ago. Now, friends that I had my original league with and hounding me to start it back up. I may get back in next year.

I'm giving up on lettuce. I just can't digest it. Everytime I eat a salad, the day after is a thrill ride on the throne. Why won't that stuff digest in my stomach? It doesn't look impervious to stomach acids, yet there it is, swimming around the top of the bowl as if to say 'HEY!'

Maybe I'll make the switch to spinach over lettuce too...but I don't do Subway.

My dad wrote a book and while I personally enjoyed it, I'm not sure it'll catch on with any publishers or agents or whatever it takes to get a book published. My dad is too shy and unmotivated to push it out the door and while I'd love to daydream about somebody picking it up, I know literary life just doesn't work that way.

So what I'd like to do is have it self published as a Christmas gift to him. But I'm not sure how best to go about doing that either. Any tips or suggestions appreciated.
