Dunno if it's the same in Australia, but American tickets from cameras hold no legal weight. If you just throw it away, you're fine. The only money they get are from the rubes that fall for it and essentially admit guilt.But Australia might be different, who knows.

The hospital here in Woodstock, VA is a "no smoking campus". I drive by the entrance (probably 300 yards from the buildings) a couple of times a day and it's funny to see all of the cars/people out by the road smoking. Looks like a bus stop where the parents congregate waiting for their kids.When I was walking into the hospital I noticed a sign that read "please don't smoke, we have to protect our children."

I'm telling you, you will. This is coming from someone who is a bar smoker and who HATED the idea of a ban.
I've never seen one of these. Not before they were forced by law at least...I'm with Idiot Boxer on this one. I just wish more of the local cities would get on board. No smoking in Dallas bars since April '09, but Addison/Richardson/etc aren't technically Dallas.I haven't heard any complaints here, but it's rarely too cold for a patio smoke break to be a major inconvenience.
I've never seen his stand-up. I'll have to check it out to see if it's any good.
