Unless she was visiting the Specialized corporate office, I'm sorryMy wife used to stay in Morgan Hill when Gilgroy was part of her territory. :usure:I'll be in a hotel room in Morgan Hill in another week and a half or soRaise your hand if you're in a hotel room in Fresno for no GD reason at all.
can you keep your eye out for a deal on a decent hybrid? I want to start riding more--almost exclusively pavement, don't want to spend a whole lot.Unless she was visiting the Specialized corporate office, I'm sorryMy wife used to stay in Morgan Hill when Gilgroy was part of her territory. :usure:I'll be in a hotel room in Morgan Hill in another week and a half or soRaise your hand if you're in a hotel room in Fresno for no GD reason at all.

Sounds hot.Wednesday night I was at the hospital watching Nova with the nurse about using bee venom and nanotechonolgy to cure cancer. Last night I was drunk watching Worlds Greatest Fights or something. It was an hour show that had about 10 minutes of material. It may have been the worst thing I've ever seen. By the way, did I mention that the nurse had a hole in the top of her head?Raise your hand if you're fairly drunk in a hotel room in Fresno for no GD reason at all.
:unzips:I have a terrible case of hot dog fingers this morning.
Who is that? I can't read the name badge even if I zoom in.
I thought I was a degenerate gambler but I have obviously met my match. Char, GM, Sonny, you're my heros.

Solid starting point. Then try this and this.I've been meaning to ask you for band recommendations. Based on the facebooks you seem to be quite the fan of obscure music. This unfortunate streak ends in about three hours. Headed to a free event featuring two good local bands*, free grub, and gulp... free vodka.I haven't had a drink since Sunday. Feels like a long time. Is that bad?![]()

If you think it will mean something to her, I would put some focus on what you laid out above (the steady work, benefits, etc.) and - if true - how that gave you an underlying sense of comfort growing up.I need help writing something for my mom. She's retiring today from the post office after 35 years...basically all of my life. My dad has always worked at something and made great money but my mom was the one with the steady reliable job, benefits, etc. She was so stressed out about it that she postponed her original Dec 28th retirement for a month. And she keeps all the cards I write anything on so I feel it has to be good.
Congratulations. You just won the Disco Stu sweepstakes. Also, that was a lot of vodka. Eventually one of the shot girls said "I hope you have someone to drive you home."![]()
She and dad split up when I was 8-11...mom is THE constant. I'm just lacking focus here. After retirement, she's stepping in as my full time sitter. Mom, you helped deliver a lot of packages in your lifetime and I'm so blessed that I was one of them. I'm the luckiest daughter in the world and I love you.EarlyPSThanks for not shooting up the office and embarassing the family.I need help writing something for my mom. Early, have a mimosa or two to relax and it will come to you. I'm sure whatever comes out of your heart is going to be much better and more meaningful than suggestions from strangers on a message board.Play real-life Werewolf to see who gets to stay and who has to go watch the game somewhere else.It would be normal, when throwing a Super Bowl party, to expect something like a 50% positive response rate, yes? I set up a private Facebook event and also sent an Evite to people I don't have on Facebook (i.e. anyone I work with), and we planned this figuring maybe half would make it.Suddenly we've started getting people that I don't even know (but who are friends of friends) RSVP'ing yes on Facebook, plus a much higher yes % from the people I do know, so that we're somewhere near a 100% yes rate and trending steadily upward.WHAT THE HELL AM I GOING TO DO WITH ALL THESE PEOPLE PLUS A MARCHING BAND???![]()
I'd expect much higher. Very few people have plans to do stuff on Sunday evenings generally, and particularly on Super Bowl Sunday. I'd only expect people to say no if they got invited to a better Super Bowl party, like one with group sex or something. It would be normal, when throwing a Super Bowl party, to expect something like a 50% positive response rate, yes?

Winners get to snuggle with a cat.Oops. Perhaps I should have posed this question before sending the invites. I just assumed lots of people would have multiple invites.I'd expect much higher. :finger:Thank god.If it's any consolation K4, I'm busy that day
I'm a big fan of Studs' movie reviews.
She looks good, but I don't like that her stupid show on NBC has pushed 30 Rock back to 10 PM.Olivia Munn on the cover of Maxim this month.....JFC.
What show is this that you are talking about? Is she off of Attack of the Show for good now?She looks good, but I don't like that her stupid show on NBC has pushed 30 Rock back to 10 PM.Olivia Munn on the cover of Maxim this month.....JFC.
"Perfect Couples." NBC at 8:30 now.Pretty sure she's off AOTS, but she's on the Daily Show now. She's not funny on that either. What show is this that you are talking about? Is she off of Attack of the Show for good now?She looks good, but I don't like that her stupid show on NBC has pushed 30 Rock back to 10 PM.Olivia Munn on the cover of Maxim this month.....JFC.

Trying to avoid another timeout here, but I'd submit to him in order to attain a mere speck of her essence.Justin Timberlake appears to be a fan as well. :mityh:Olivia Munn is my new #1, I think.
