Loving my squares in Tat's pool, especially in this every score wins format :nojinx:GB 3 PIT 6GB 0 PIT 1GB 8 PIT 0GB 9 PIT 3GB 7 PIT 7
Got one square, but it's a good one: GB 0 PIT 7So give me a Steelers TD, then Packers TD & FG, and then just alternate TD & FG for each team the rest of the way with, say, a 50-47 final score :goodposting: . TIA.
After re-reading the rules, it appears my utility would be maximized with a 10-7 GB win, PIT scoring first.

Is it normal for a girl to keep a prom picture from almost 21 years ago?
Keep? I'd say that's okay. Framed on the mantle? You've got a problem.
What if she randomly posts it on your Facebook page?
Unless you've already been foolish enough to marry her, you've..err she's got a problem.
Uhhh, no. Just a girl I dated for a few months in H.S.
Well cmon with the pic already.

Gambling guys, who do you like Sunday figuring it will be GB -2.5, 44.5?
Green Bay to cover. Too many injuries on PIT's offensive line. What PIT's defense is best at (stopping the run), GB doesn't even try to do well. What PIT's defense is weakest at (stopping a spread offense that sprays the ball around), GB does very well.No lean on the total. My heaviest Super Bowl position is Heath Miller over 38.5 receiving yards. It's up to 40.5 at some places. I still like the over at that number.
PIT gets burned on spread offenses by teams with good TEs. I don't think Quarles qualifies.
To elaborate:Pittsburgh gave up over 22 points just once this season: 39 to the Patriots. In that game Gronkowski scored 3 TDs. New Orleans beat the Steelers spreading them out, but only managed 20 points. That game was lost because the Steelers offense crapped the bed and the playcalling was horrendous. The Steelers may be susceptible to the spread between the 20s, but in the redzone, where they can tighten up, not so much if the opposing team doesn't have a TE to mismatch with a LB.The only other times the Steelers gave up more than 20 was on a 5 FG day by Dan Carpenter against the Dolphins, a special teams TD by the Jets and a last second meaningless touchdown against the Bengals.I don't think the Green Bay offense is going to be as effective as the pundits think it will. If Green Bay wins, I think they do so on Defense. I don't bet on games where my team is involved, but right now I'd play Pittsburgh getting points and the under.

If God didn't make Stevie Johnson drop the catch in OT, the Bills would have (and should have) beaten the Steelers.

Packers rolled the Bills 34-7.

So, I like Green Bay.

not sure you want to hear my "opinion"... I don't follow the NFL anymore, have not bet an NFL game in 3 years, haven't watched one in a year and barely played fantasy football last year. I "participated" in a draft, but picked names out of a hat while drinking heavily.

I like the Packers.
I don't get the Viking fans that HATE the Packers. Isn't the point of a good rivalry that both teams are good? Like Twins/Royals isn't the best rivalry...

Now, if you'd like my opinion on some real sports, like Czech Women's Basketball or the German Masters in Snooker or maybe the Dart's players championship, I'd be happy to oblige...

ETA: I had Stephen Hendry +142 over Judd Trump this morning :goodposting:

I'm seeing 3 and 45 today...I like Steelers +3, but with a line 2.5, I'd play the moneyline (and have). Lean over too.I just don't think the NFC was a very strong conference this year. Dallas and Minn were supposed to be contenders but fell flat on their faces. The entire NFC West was a complete joke. New Orleans wasn't the same team it was a year ago. In my mind, Green Bay was able to stand a top a very weak conference. I'd rank the Jets and Ravens ahead of Phily, Chicago and Atlanta. But, I'm a great fade, so play accordingly.
You really think it's a good idea to go against Studs? "pick for gamble" = lock

And if God hadn't made Johnson drop that pass, the Steelers would've been a #5 seed instead of a #2.Mysterious ways. :(

How do I put someone on ignore? I've never done it and can't seem to find a button or anything. I can't read the gambling thread anymore without having to sift through one ####### discussing the 75 props he's betting. Really? You need a new post every time you bet on "first TD will be less than 1.5 yards"?
Tulsa/Memphis UNDER 142.5. You're welcome.

I assume you know who that is?He's pretty good at this....

Does anyone have any numbers on how effective Pittsburgh is against 4/5 WR's? I suspect they'll be seeing a lot of this...
They can be thrown on for sure...I think Brady shredded them this year. Have to look.Course, they also bring pressure like no other defense and with two concussions on the season, I wouldn't be surprised to see LeBeau bring the blitz early to try and disrupt Rodgers. Those linebackers are pretty scary.

I don't know where these numbers are pulled from, but apparently Rodgers has the best QB rating in the league vs. the blitz:http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/aaron-r...ountdown-010811

He pretty much has to. If given time, Rodgers will pick them apart. The Steelers don't have enough good DBs to cover everyone for long.Rodgers doesn't play favorites. He'll throw it to whoever is open. And he has plenty of good options.

channelsurfing.net got shut down by Homeland Security. No more free Clippers games for me. :tfp:

How would I find BNN (Canada's version of CNBC)? I need it like...now.
Bah....you guys make it seem so easy to go out and find anything on TV. GM feel dumb.
bnn.ca  it's a news site, so they should have all video up.
watch.bnn.ca has lots of videos of the news from today. There's even a segment on commodities, which is probably what GM wants.

Well, was hoping to get the live feed from BNN featuring a segment with the CEO of NEO Materials (Sacamano, St. Louis Bob - HI)....I am thinking it will be available shortly as there is a slight delay. I can't find the live feed without subscribing, but I suck at the innernets.

Last night I dreamt my ex-girlfriend's dog bit my current girlfriend(?). What does this mean?

Just a small scratch on the shin from a fluffy little dog if that matters.
I immediately thought your dream meant you wanted to have a 3-some and have the dog video tape it. However, after some research, I may be wrong. Though this doesn't exactly describe your dream sequence, it's more about what the "dog" symbolizes in dreams. Dog

To see a dog in your dream, symbolizes intuition, loyalty, generosity, protection, and fidelity. The dream suggests that your strong values and good intentions will enable you to go forward in the world and bring you success. The dream dog may also represent someone in your life who exhibits these qualities. Alternatively, to see a dog in your dream, indicates a skill that you may have ignored or forgotten. If the dog is vicious and/or growling, then it indicates some inner conflict within yourself. It may also indicate betrayal and untrustworthiness. If the dog is dead or dying, then it means a loss of a good friend or a deterioration of your instincts.

To dream that a dog bites you on the leg, suggests that you have lost your ability to balance aspects of your life. You may be hesitant in approaching a new situation or have no desire to move forward with your goals. Alternatively, it symbolizes disloyalty.

To see a happily barking dog in your dream, symbolizes pleasures and social activity. You are being accepted into some circle. If the dog is barking ferociously, then it represents your habit of making demands on people and controlling situations around you. Are you "barking" too many orders? Alternatively, it could also indicate unfriendly companions.

To dream that you are buying a dog, indicates your tendency to buy your friends or buy compliments and favors. Alternatively, it suggest a need for you to find companionship. If you are being guided by a dog, then it suggests that you are having difficulties in navigating out of a situation or problem.

To dream that you give or send your dog away, indicates that the decisions and choices you are making now may be misinterpreted as disloyalty. You have to do what is right for you and not worry about what others think of the decision. Alternatively, it signifies rejection of friendship.

To dream that you are dressing up your dog, signifies your attempts to cover up your own character flaws and habits.

To see a black colored dog in your dream, symbolizes the shadow aspect of a friend. The dark side of someone close to you is being revealed and you are able to see through to their true intentions.

Also consider the notions associated with the word dog, such as loyalty ("man's best friend") and to be "treated like a dog".

 I'm not a big enough homer to think they're unbeatable. The game could go either way. I do think the Packers have the edge when it comes to Rodgers/Jennings/Driver/Nelson/Jones vs the Steelers' secondary though. And wasn't I agreeing with you?
