Man, I miss post-padding.Today we checked out an open-house around the corner from us, a fairly new development whereas ours is, well, a bit older. Go into the master bedroom and there's Oakland PD jackets hung up in the closet. So, on an OPD salary, how does one drop $85K into a hardwood floor/kitchen remodel? Should I have tried to dig up the backyard? :vicmackey:

Many years later after getting married and starting a family, we moved to KC, and I went to grad school at KU.

:facepalm: I couldn't remember the name of the one Illini starter that wasn't 6'5" and could touch the top of the square, and after using Google once to get the correct spelling of "Shikenjanski" (FWIW, if you type in "jim shik" Google Instant finishes "shikenjanski" for you), I didn't want to go back to get a second name from a college basketball game played over 20 years ago.BTW, it's spelled "Coffey". My daughter has now been on the scoreboard three times. She's only been to one game. I just text the same picture every game and they keep putting it up.

I had Five Guys for the first time ever this past week in Richmond, VA.

Let me tell you about Richmond. Everything they say about Virginia is right. Buncha hicks out that way. Very nice people, don't get me wrong, but very "Virginia-ish"
