GM's thread about nothing (36 Viewers)

My son Dylan who just turned 4 a couple of weeks ago had his standardized testing today and scored everything in the 5-6 year old range. I love the kid but he doesn't seem that smart. Maybe they gave the test wrong.ETAWhat am I thinking, he was coloring his balls the other day. He should have scored in the 13 year old range.

:lol:Booksmart and common sense are two completely different scales. What were they testing?

My 16 year old has been seeing this 17 year old girl since pretty much the same time he broke up with his gf of over a year in January. (insert reminder of the receipt found in March) I made some mention yesterday like "pick up your laundry before your girlfriend gets here" to which he replies "she's not my girlfriend".
Friends with (monster wang) bennies?
Well really I considered asking her what the status of their relationship was but I would never do that. Should I be proud or worried? My son might be a floozy!
Sounds like a smart kid. If facebook says they're single, they're single.
Hers always says how much she loves him, how awesome he is, etc. His is full of smartass comments. No idea where he gets that. She's pretty cute and I really dig her. She is down to earth and relaxed when she's here, easy to talk to and carrys on with the other kids. His last gf was stiff as a board, shy and uncomfortable. Not at all a match.

And she can also take---, hey, look at the time! Gotta run!

Reading the shaving stuff earlier... you raised this Stu.

Huh. You mean it was better? :sadbanana: Also, is that the new or the old girl?
Thats the new, laid back non-gf. Last high maintenance, uptight gf -> http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/46655_424435846021_665606021_5427584_3342262_n.jpg

That's the same kid? Also, a few more pics of high school girls and we may get Homer back.

Temporarily.
He spent all winter between the gym and the arena. Watching your kid getting bigger than you is weird. She's almost legal, far too old for HomerJ.

entering the

on Saturday. Converted an old fiberglass dinghy into a sled with three skis, ball bearing steering and shocks courtesy of an old mountain bike. We need a theme, so we're going with the played out charlie sheen meme, since we don't have much time or many ideas. Painting it tiger striped, attaching bags full of flour to the sides to simulate coke, and we have two chicks in bikinis that are going to provide the initial push. the team will be in bowling shirts. Anything else we should add? There will be a blow-up doll along for the ride.

It's been well over 24 hours since I contacted my focal point at LendingTree.com to get me a few more quotes. No response yet. Pretty unexcusable in that industry, no?
