However, upgraded Stu Jr bigtime in my dynasty rankings.

Really kept his feet moving.

Kid is a quick learner. Video was of round 2. Round 1 was over in two seconds. Stu Jr got on the other kid too fast. Round 3 was another battle, but the bigger kid finally won.

No actionAnd by the way, I'm going to recommend anybody with a sportsbook account put some money on that Alvarez play. Besides my numbers, I looked it up and Alvarez strikes out at the second highest rate in the majors behind only Adam Dunn, while Greinke leads all starters in Ks/9 innings.

He's also hitting 40 points worse against RHP than left. And hits worse in Busch than on the road. On the plus side, there should be guys on ahead of him (is he even in the lineup? Gotta think Furcal's playing) and he's over .300 with guys on base.

Theriot doesn't strike out or walk and Cook doesn't strike out or walk anyone, so Theriot is likely to put four balls in play tonight. Theriot mostly hit's ground balls and Cook only gives up groundballs and line drives. Ground balls go for hits like 27% of the time and line drives like 70%. That's why the math says it's a play.

Target by me doesn't sell booze I don't want the Wii..the wife does. Apparently the Wii Fit would be "so awesome for workouts" and bowling/jarts/water balloons or whatever is "so much fun"

I have no idea what the PS or Xbox offers in terms of workout stuff but the EA Active for the Wii is actually a pretty decent program for fat/calorie burning and aerobics.

EA Active II is available on all platforms and I agree, it's a decent program. The 90 day program is actually geared towards improving athletic performance in addition to fitness. In my decrepitude I really only play softball and golf, neither of which require outstanding athletic performance, but I did notice a bit more agility and flexibility in both pursuits after doing the EA program for a while.
