I look at it this way. Antonio Brown is never going to see my starting lineup.*IF* Owens gets signed, and *IF* he is actually healthy, that's a helluva lottery ticket, no? The guy is a warrior.
Aren't you the same person? :tinfoilhat: :getoutofmyhead:
Other available WRs:Jerome Simpson

Parker & Benn - TB

Massaquoi

D. Alexander

J. Avant

Jason Hill

Damian Williams

Jacoby Jones

R. Cobb

Obomanu

Like any of these guys better than Owens? This is a big money league... I NEED ANSWERS!
Drop Brown for Williams.

Notebook check:

Did he who recently melted down ever melt down like that before, or is this a whole new level of crazy?

I'm going in to work this morning at 7:00. Proving that teachers will work on the weekends for more money. This just feels all kinds of wrong.

When I lived in Atlanta, I remember that there were lots of sports bars that were one team's bar in particular. A UNC bar, a Clemson bar, a UT bar, etc.

Anyone have any ideas on how to find a particular team's sports bar? I'm looking to watch Clemson/UNC here in Knoxville and think it would be fun to watch it with other Clemson fans. The Googles and Clemson alumni site have produced no fruit.

Maybe find a UT board and ask? Could also PM Joe Bryant and/or Abraham - Joe lives there and Abe went to UT, I think.

I think a Clemson alum is what she needs.I'm not coming up with any, offhand. Also, you need to tend to your notebook. Pickles would destroy you.

Well, I was thinking that a UT board would have many folks who are familiar with Knoxville and could point her in the right direction. As for my notebooking skills, they're awful. On the other hand, I'm really good at drinking beer.

Joe lives in Tennessee, but went to Texas A&M in College Station. There is a lesser UT in his current home state of Tennessee.Abraham lives in Austin and went to UT (the real one).Good idea on the lesser UT grad/knoxville knowledge

Why am I connecting Herd with Tennessee? Did he maybe live there? Or is he a Titans fan?In any case, thanks for the clarifications. I won't write them down in my non-existent notebook but I WILL think about cracking a beer soon.

1. Go to the main clemson fan message board. I guarantee they'll have a thread on it.2. Look up the Knoxville chapter of the clemson alumni association

Abe's probably a Titan fan, like many of us former Oiler fans.

Not saying that people here aren't on the 1-5 Jaguars bandwagon but I've gotten shot down by about 6 or 7 friends who have no desire to use my extra ticket and go the Ravens beat down the Jags on Monday night. Can't give it away.

Crap. I might've actually taken you up on that if I wasn't short-handed at work next week. And maybe it's because I'm a pessimist about the teams I root for, but I'm not sold on the Ravens killing the Jags. Baltimore usually beats the teams they're "supposed" to beat, but they also have a tendency to get in ugly, close games on the road. In fact, if Garrard were still the QB, I would probably favor Jax to keep it close if not win. I've not figured out Gabbart yet, though.

Searched tigernet.com for "Knoxville" and there wasn't any mention of what I was looking for. And, there apparently is no Clemson Club in Knoxville, per the alumni site. No matter, I'm having a big cold beer at a local sports bar. All is well.

The only thing about him I am sure of, is that he is a Keystone Light fan.
