Hey Aaron - didn't want to start a thread in the SP, but got a question around where the heads up on Ryan Mathews not playing on Sunday was. When I wake up on Sunday, I always look to the pinned threads to see if any of my players are there. Then I double check the Sunday email that Joe sends out. Nothing listed on Mathews either (I realize he was the late game, but at that point according to my research, he was a GTD).Understand FBG can't be perfect all the time, but am I being unrealistic by expecting either a pinned thread on Mathews or a note in the email?

there WAS a pinned thread in the shark pool. Thanks. There might be something I can do. Our state laws make it giant PITA to seal records, but given what I do for a living I have some connections. There's a friendly judge that I know that may be able to help me out.I was just shocked to find out that when this thing was dismissed it stayed out there as a public record.

It stays, but it should be blatantly obvious to anyone with a brain reading it that it was dismissed. Was there maybe a clerical mistake by the court? I'd check to see what exactly the record says. If it does note dismissed I'd think there'd be a way to challenge the organization doing the check. Certainly, if it's a state-run organization, there's gotta be some sort of admin review process or at least someone to talk to. Just be stupid to to have some blanket policy which didn't prevent situations like yours from happening.

Thank god we have a lawyer in this thread to give legal advice.

I live next to a toll bridge, so I have an account that they automatically charge to cover the tolls...I lost my credit card in Vegas in August and cancelled it. Just found out I got 10 tickets for not paying the toll since then. $52 a pop.

met Joe Frazier in the San Fran airport in the late 80's, just him and his wife walking alone. He was dressed like a pimp in a gold suit, gold hat, lots of gold jewelry and his wife was dresed in african silky stuff with the full on head wrap. I think they had about $25000 worth of clothes on. So being a teenager i stop him and say Mr Frazier can i get your autograph i'm a huge fan and you're one of the greatest ever blah blah blah. I have The Sporting News and he signs it and we chat a minute it was hard to understand him because 20+ years ago he was punchdrunk. but him and his wife were very gracious to spare a minute and I never forgot that. Oh yeah, I'm giving the CPAP some more serious try than I was. Mrs. SLB said I was snoring REALLY loudly (even for me) Saturday night and she couldn't sleep so she started timing how often I took a breath. Turns out I was taking 1 breathe every 47 seconds. No wonder I'm a freaking wreck.

hmmm... 2nd time hearing this in a week. Just visited the inlaws and saw the good-for-nothing tub-o-lard BIL who is now lighter by a good 10-15lbs and pretty ripped. P90x. Or Meth. One or the other.

First time I did P90x, I couldn't lift my arms above my shoudlers for 2 full days.

I couldn't even hold one of my cats without sitting down last night.

I just did the first day of P90X. When should I expect to be able to use my arms fully again?

I love the P90X, btw. 2/3 of the way in tonight. Down 27 pounds.

Are you following the diet as well? Cut out wine? I'm mostly sticking to the diet with some slight modifications to the recipes. I'm slowly phasing out booze as well (had one beer after my workout last night and planned to do so this afternoon but it appears that Mr. YSR has hidden them all )

I can't make sense of people hiding the sick acts of Sandusky. Just can't make sense of how a guy can do this for so long with so many people seeming to know and no one stopped him. So it got me thinking. Are the kids African American? Could we not only be dealing with people not protecting these innocent kids but could they be turning away because these kids are african american and in the eyes of many of them therefore not worth protecting? Just a wild brained theory on my part which really only would make this worse but I grew up in the deep south and I've seen some people treat black people as sub-human which is the only reason this thought popped in my mind because whatever race these kids were that's how they were treated, as sub-humans. Hell worse than that. I'd have reported Sandusky if I saw him raping a dog.
