I waited around all day yesterday for a package, too stupid to know there was no postal service on President's Day. I might have thought that it was possible had I even been aware that it was President's Day.
So today I do it again. The mail usually comes at noon -2pm. At six o'clock, still no mail. At 8pm I go out to the mailbox and there's a pink slip telling me that i was not here to receive the package I've been waiting for and I will need to go wait in line for 40 minutes at the main post office to get it. This is the same postal team that I gave $50 in gift certificates for the best cajun restaurant in town. I am kind of pissed right now.
An no GBKubes, I still have not received your package.

A small shop a few blocks away sells it for $1.89/can.
If only I could get paid for it 
But yeah, I work for a 3PL managing our corporate warehouses and training for our contracted agents on our deliveries and inventory control.
Still presently employed GB, but thanks. This afternoon I got a trip to OKC cleared at the end of March for training on a project that starts in late April. I'm hoping that keeps me employed for a few more months at least. I've been secretly/casually looking for the right opportunity in the past year or two but this solidifies that I should ramp up my efforts.

They took my ####### slide out of the presentation. Gone, poof, no warning. They combined it with some other slides and made it a single bullet point on another slide. So I sat in what became a 4 hour meeting and didn't have to say a word. Granted, I got in face time with who I needed to during breaks and during dinner last night, so it wasn't completely a waste, but still I was disappointed.'B-Deep said:

I spent seven hours round trip in a car yesterday with my boss to attend a two and a half hour meeting wherein I spoke for about twenty minutes, if it makes you feel any better.
if someone sneezes and you say "bless you", then they sneeze again, are you obligated to say "bless you" one more time or does the first one cover any additional sneezes?
