Kinda sometimes? Depends on the mood. She doesn't ask, but sometimes when I throw it on she's down. I haven't tried since The Revolution, though.

Once in awhile, though not so much since the tadpole grew into a three foot tall #### block. It also has to be the right stuff. She, like many women, finds 99% of porn to be tacky and soulless. I kinda agree with her, to be honest. We're both fans of Tara Patrick's early work though (before she became a tacky and soulless cokehead with implants).

It's absolutely awesome. I loved Tivoli Garden even though it sounded like something I wouldn't, so thanks for pressing that one. I also tried Husmanns Vinstue on your recommendation because I wanted a good traditional restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. Big fan of Salon 39 and The Barking Dog as far as bars go (have you been?), but the highlight food/drink-wise was definitely Kiin Kiin.

Cool, I figured you'd like Tivoli, even though it's not what you'd expect, liking an amusement park. It does have that old world feel, and the people watching and bars are interesting. I'm pretty sure I've been to Salon 39 in the past, but quite some time ago. I was "dating" a modern jazz singer, and I think she had a small gig at that place, or maybe it was close by and we ended the evening there. I googled it, and I do recognize the decor.The barking dog is pretty new, but it's a Carl Wrangel place. I partied with him in the summers prior to him moving to London in 2001(?). Used to be a gigantic #####, super drunk all the time, which meant that we got along great We also share the disdain towards "disco bar tending", and subscribe to the theory that a good bartender needs a passion for what they serve, which means consumption en masse (hi homer).Any other fun places?

I've missed a bunch in here, so I'll just try to pop in with somewhat relevant thoughts.Hawks64 was nice enough to send me that 50 Shades book because even though I knew it would be dog #### [/tanner], I was genuinely curious.No offense to Mrs. SLB or Mrs. Frosty, but I am sincerely concerned about the psyche of the American woman after having read 1/2 of that book. It is BAD on so many levels. Why is this book so titillating? Needless to say, Poor Romo.

It made my wife look at sex in a different way. I don't know. There's no punishment/slave/master/sub/dom stuff going on in my house, or at least very little. Something about it changed her view of sex and her feelings about a lot of stuff. I never had complaints before, but now I'd totally have complaints if I had to go back. Maybe you don't need that, but it's given us a really nice jolt and made our marriage that much stronger. She's also a smart girl, but she likes to read stupid #### like that book and Twilight and other assorted chick lit. So like I said earlier in the thread, I totally get the sentiment of being proud of a girl for thinking it's crap, and I would have felt the same if my wife did. But I'm a lot happier that she didn't.

So I need some help from LawyerGuys, because, well, I'm an idiot. In my defense, I think the cops were being #######s, but I'll let you be the judge.

A bunch of us were at a friend's house drinking from about 4-8pm, at which point we went to the bar to watch the Devils game. We decided to walk to and from the bar. My plan the whole time was to sleep at my friend's house to avoid driving, which I did. On the walk home, however, we were a bit loud, but nothing crazy. One friend, a 7.2 female, knocked over a bi fold sign outside a a supermarket on a corner. Rather than stand it straight up, I thought it would be a good idea to walk with it 25 feet or so to the next corner and stand it up. Yeah, I'm a ####### rebel.

At the time I was putting the sign down, a police officer pulled over and got out, asking for identification. Good timing. I was not slurring anything, actually at this point I wasn't even drunk, but rather a bit buzzed. I gave identification, he called back up. Figured that was fine. Then the second guy came, exciting the first guy. Two officers now at the scene. I apologized for being a jerk, acting like a moron, and didn't say much else. He proceeded to scream at me for a while, telling me they had better things to do. I don't doubt it, but this town is pretty small. Oh, he also said that at 29 he was married with two kids. He said that a few times.

As I tried to apologize and offered to put the sign back on the previous block the officer came storming at me and asked if I wanted to be arrested. Surprisingly calm, I said, of course not and I didn't want anything bad to happen other than what they thought was appropriate. Two more officers showed up. Four officers at the scene. There are only 12 officers in the whole department. These two were younger, and asked me what happened. After telling them I asked if there was anything they could do. They said I'd have to talk to their supervisor, the guy that was in my face. Unsurprisingly, the sergeant wanted nothing to do with me, at one point yelling at me and my two friends, "Who is the smartest person here? Not this #######." I wasn't excited, but kind of shocked that it got to the point where he took out his cuffs. I remained calm, but really thought I was going to jail.

The younger officers wouldn't make eye contact with me after that. The two angry officers went back and wrote me a disorderly conduct ticket and then said, have a nice night pretty genuinely after screaming for 25 minutes (this had me shuked). I asked the younger officers what this meant and they said nothing, "It's like a parking ticket." Never having been arrested or really in trouble before, I realized yesterday I have to go to court in a few weeks. I then started to panic. I called my brother's friend who is a lawyer in NYC, and he wanted me to fax him the summons. He said he will research it and then probably come to court with me.

So, besides me a juvenile idiot, what else am I in for? I fully realize I was wrong, but was shocked that it got me a summons. I was threatened with theft and arrest. I'm glad it didn't come to that, but hope I don't lose my job over something so stupid. This was longer than I thought, damn.

I doubt it is a big deal, but without seeing it, hard to say. If it is truly 'like a parking ticket' there is probably a provision that you don't even have to appear, just pay your fine. Call the clerk of court. They may be able to answer a few questions.

I doubt it is a big deal, but without seeing it, hard to say. If it is truly 'like a parking ticket' there is probably a provision that you don't even have to appear, just pay your fine. Call the clerk of court. They may be able to answer a few questions.

I called yesterday to pay, and they said I have to come to court. So obviously, I'm worried that it isn't "just a parking ticket." If he can't come to court, I'm getting a lawyer.
