is it special? no, you could do the same thing many other ways.is it helping? sure. it makes it easy to keep track of daily caloric intake. I haven't found a food (that I eat) yet that isn't in there. If you're eating something with a UPC on it, you just scan it and it loads all the nutritional facts for you.It's simple, it puts real figures for what you eat in your face, and it gives you a goal which is something that has always worked for me. There's also a way to have "friends" (many of those guys are in a group of some kind), but I don't use that feature.

WOW FACEBOOK FRIENDS, THOSE INSTAGRAM FILTERS ARE REALLY COOL.

Back when the "retro" or "instamatic" filter was first introduced I thought it was pretty cool...but only if the photo was good.Now it is like "it doesn't matter what filter you use...you're still taking a picture of your freaking dessert".

Is that what's going on with Facebook photos? The ones where all the pictures look like they were shot in an 1875 Saloon with sepia tones or whatever it is? That's horrible. I just thought everybody was screwing up their camera settings. That's awful

Dropped 55 pounds since January using MFP. It made me realize how much I was actually eating. I dropped the probably the first 30lbs of the weight without really exercising, just from diet change.

I've been off of allergy medicine for almost two months now (Hack ). It was pretty tough at first and I don't notice much of a difference during the day except when I go to bed. Apparently I'm very allergic to my silk & down pillows.

So I have two of these up for grabs. Who wants them? I can ship either washed or soaked in my magnificent head sweat.

Client is very big corporation that needed local counsel. They're not Amazon-big, but still you've-definitely-heard-of-them, traded-on-the-NYSE big. I was on a conference call with general counsel yesterday. I should have asked him how his Nicaraguan empire was doing, you know, just for comparison's sake.

Refinance our house two weeks ago, still waiting for my "sizable" check. I think they said it can take up to 30 days FWIW. I think I'm spending my money on XOM.

Maybe? My buddy is handling it all for me, so I don't know honestly. I had a 5.37% 30-year through Met Life, but my buddy said that was eligible for a refi and we just closed on a 4.25% 30 year. Not sure all the details. It's taken about a month to complete.

lolz...BOTH! We inherited the 'house dog' in the move. I didn't know much about the dog, having just limited access to him in the year or so that my ex-wife took him in from an elderly lady who couldn't keep him after her husband died. He was really skittish and goofy when I saw him. But he's a GREAT dog. Golden Retriever/Rott mix. Looks a bit like Winston Churchill in the face...so fugly he's cute. Very well behaved and doing fantastic with the move. I think he enjoys not being locked in my sons bedroom all day while people are gone. He also is forcing the cat to lose some much needed weight. New baby touches down July 24, though I have the under. MIL comes in July 18th for a month, so I guess I have 3 new moufs to feed. Better get some chickens or something...
