So apparently Lil Bronkowitz thinks the 11:00 hour is awake time. He sleeps all day and once Mrs Bronkowitz goes to bed, he's up and at em. This little guy is going to be a rough one for the next few years I think

Oof. The first day that Yuke slept through the night was one of the best days of my life. Knowing that I'm done with newborn "sleep" for the rest of my life is a wonderful thing.

Yeah I can imagine. It hasn't been too bad, just a lot of cluster feedings. We usually are ok between about 2am and 6am. He's just hanging out right now which is good. We gotta work on keeping him up a bit during the early evening though.

He texted me on Friday...from the wake. Tough time for him. Although he did mention that there were several attractive young ladies in attendance. At least a couple of them claimed to be his nephew's GF. Bob seemed pretty proud of that.

Went to Six Flags today. Saw a guy on one of those lazy scooter things step on a scale to stump the teenage weight-guesser. 286 lbs is definitely worth a free stuffed animal.

286 is what I reached a few years ago. When putting on socks and/or tying your shoes becomes a physical challenge, you really need to change some things. Those changes, however, should not involve a f###ing scooter to help you burn fewer calories.

Made it through the first full day...jeebus christ I'm mentally drained. Thank God for college FB and booze.ETA: 2 of the other dad's whose wives were at the bachelorette party came over...At one point, I was trying to watch the LSU game and realized there were 5 kids under 5 running around my house. oof

Just waved to you.
She left yesterday, so I just had to pick them up from day care and do a little dinner/bath/play time yesterday. Today and Tomorrow are full on days, which will be rough, but my parents will probably come over tomorrow to play with them and watch the Saints game, so not the end of the world. Drop them off at day care monday/tuesdy and I'm good to go.See post above re: Vegas...and I'm driving 4 hours to see pearl jam on Friday. My wife is pretty freaking awesome wrt letting me do a bunch of stuff that I like to do; so it's the least I can do
I do more post kids than some people I know pre-kids.
