I think I'm going to need some assistance in the "how much have you spent on alcohol in your life" thread.

I also think i may have underestimated

Every so often I'll take my recycling to Albertsons to collect the 5 cents per can. I don't do it all the time because it gives me soul burn to sit outside the grocery store in bright daylight, feeding beer cans and bottles one by one into the giant machine while onlookers pass me by with scorn and pity in their eyes. But then I go collect me $6.35 and buy another 6-pack and soon, those feelings of remorse are gone.

If anybody can find Reser's Pepper Stix at a store near them I will pay a premium to ship me a bunch. They don't carry them in Minnesota anymore and there's no way to order on the internet, which seems impossible in this day and age.

Went to fill up this morning at a gas station that had $2.90 a gallon up on their sign. When I actually got to the pump, the $2.90 price was only if you used a Chevron gift card -- cash/debit/credit card was like $3.40. I thought to myself "What would Abe do in this situation? Put in a gallon? Maybe five bucks worth?"

I went ahead and filled it up, but I'm not buying gas there again. Deceptive bastards.

In a case like that I would probably roll from pump to pump shaking the nozzle for any drips or remnants still in the nozzle from the previous person's purchase.
