Woman at the dentist's office is arguing about her bill when I walk in. She's pretty into it, and she's getting louder by the second. I'm pretty good at drowning out even the voices I should be listening to, so I managed to miss most of her crazy ranting, but I perked up when I heard her demand that the dentist come out to talk to her about it.
The woman behind the desk keeps saying, "He's unavailable right now," and assuring her that the dentist wouldn't be able to help her anyway. It's a billing and insurance manner, and the dentist really isn't involved in these things and whatnot. Finally she says, "Mrs Shutthe####up, he just got back from lunch a few minutes ago, and he really can not come out to speak with you at the moment."
This is the point at which I wanted to scream, "Lady, he's getting reay to jam a needle into my mouth, so if you'd give him a few minutes to poop in peace, I'd greatly appreciate it."
I hate people.
