I'm staying at Caesars... You should add an extra day to your trip...I'll be there Friday evening. Last time we were there, a couple guys in the group got kicked out of the casino and security had to escort them to their rooms every time they came back

One of my roles in the current firm is marketing, which often includes taking sources of prospective clients out to lunch, drinks, etc.

At every meeting, I am reminded that I need to be doing this at least a couple times a week.

Every time I put one of these on my firm card, I turn in a receipt saying who I took. Every single time, usually two months later, I get an email from the owner's wife demanding to know what all of my credit card charges are for.

Have you replied that you were following mandates to do so and cc the guy giving you the marching orders? Seems like that should fix it.
