It depends on how much you value the win. Assuming at 50/1 the win stands to gain 1,000. If it was me, and I wanted to guarantee a decent profit, I'd probably go with 250 or so on Kentucky at -125. If Kentucky wins you grab around a $200 profit. If Wisconsin wins then you reevaluate against Florida or UCONN since you'll still have $750 or so to play with.

I have futures on Wisconsin (50/1), UCONN (60/1) and Florida (5.5/1 - placed prior to the tournament) so basically #### Kentucky.
