GM's thread about nothing (41 Viewers)

It took some time, but will all the werewolf guys back me up on the fact that this thread has basically devolved into a neverending werewolf thread?

Right shuke?
nobody has to assign DnD roleplaying identities and come up with some stupid background story in order to have a conversation. I also can't remember the last secret ballot where we voted who would be killed off in the make believe world either.
As opposed to this stuff, which takes place in the real world?

what is MW1?I think I got MW:WAW
There is Call of Duty World at WarandCall of Duty Modern Warfare Reflex Edition (Wii). This is the one I'm talking about. I think it's referred to as MW1 so as not to be confused with the Xbox/PS3 game that EVERYBODY seems to be playing right now.
World at War came out first on Wii though.calling these things by numbers just confuses the hell out of me. never know what anyone is talking about.

:lmao:

my Wii is gathering dust. hasn't been played since the time of that post probably. I have some games I never even opened.

owned.

Down to three people and Brandon with more than three times the chips of the guys in second place. Getting pretty excited. This would be a >$200K payday for him. I don't really know him but word on Mr. krista's FB page is that he's the nicest kid in the world.
Did he sell any of his stake to people? Only 1k, so I wouldn't think he did.

I don't think so. Was just talking about that with Mr. krista because another guy from the same home game (GPJ alert: it was Steve) offered us a piece of his action for the six events he's entering, and I mentioned that I wish Brandon had offered! Mr. krista didn't think he sold any, though.

The guy who offered us a piece has promised us an all-expenses-paid trip to Vegas if he makes the final table in any of his events, even though we didn't buy. :excited:

Rules, hope he takes it down. Do we know where HJS stands on PL Omaha? I'm pretty terrible at it, personally.

I follow one of my favorite (and long-defunct) bands, Jawbreaker, on fb, and they recently posted a receipt for the studio time they booked with Steve in 1993 (?) for 24 Hour Revenge Therapy, probably their most beloved album. 2 days, $2K total. :lmao:

He basically charges based on whether he likes the music and the band. He must like them.

Brandon had about six times the chips of the other guy when they got to heads-up, but it has not been going well since then. :(

And just as I typed that, he won!!! :pickle:
Awesome. He can wear that bracelet for the rest of his life and earn instant cred the moment he sits at the table.

Very cool

I know a girl that's married to a guy that's friends with the guy who just won the WSOP PL OH event
:lmao: :lmao:

I'm super excited. The other guys make fun of him because he's such a sweet guy that he always adds "please" at the end when they're playing: "raise, please", "check, please". Sometimes nice guys finish first!

What time you guys planning to drive through?

I might take Amtrack home Sunday night so I can work on Monday. I have Friday afternoon off so I could take the train up too if it's easier.
