GM's thread about nothing (41 Viewers)

Just finished episode 1 of True Detective. Looking forward to checking out the thread.

Also about halfway through season 1 of Archer. It makes me laugh.

I am also drinking for those of you scoring at home.

If you're not scoring at home try doing the dishes every once in a while.
Over proof rum and fruit punch here. Feel like it's probably not a good idea at all.

During last week's lessons at the place that everyone told us we had to go to that costs five times as much as the Y, Yuke screamed about not wanting to be in the pool the whole time. I'm pretty sure I could have listened to him do that for free.

Pro tip: The teacher is the most important thing in the swim lesson. Find one the kid resonates with

Idiot Boxer> I am buying a car tomorrow and the one I want is in your fair city. Any chance you could just run down to CarMax and write a check on my behalf? I'm good for it.

One semester of Econ (all done in 13 days) in the can.

Monday we start Government but it should be about 20x easier for me. Pretending to know/remember anything about Econ for almost two week was exhausting.

Not to mention I was able to find every single pre-canned PowerPoint for the Econ book. I just have to go in and tweak* them a little.

insert cat pics and doge memes.
Now if you would have done your homework you would know the answer is Old Ironsides. I mean Andrew Jackson.

I was talking to Mrs. SLB tonight about her week camping and of course she loved it. I was a little surprised (not really) to hear that she wore a bikini to the pool. Oh sure she had boy shorts on but it was so hot she had to get in. :lmao: I'm :lmao: saying "really" and she explained she hasn't had a one piece for a long time. (I remember that too. Her lifeguard uniform  ) She then reassured me that there were other women, Scout leaders there too. I asked if there was a single one of them that was cute. She sort of shamefully looked down, scrunched her lips and shook her head. :lmao:

So over under on how many times she was mentally raped by all of the men and boys around?

I bet those two never smoke weed together.
I took a drive by the Amtrak station today to check things out and I didn't see any drug dogs or anything. What's the situation here? I'm asking for a friend.
Have I told you about the time I got strip searched trying to enter Australia?

I don't think I'd sweat the train.
My friend has a system for airplanes but hasn't taken a train since all of bull#### started happening. He wasn't sure if there was a bag search or anything.

This reminds me of something else that disappointed me about our super-expensive swim lessons last week. I was really expecting some hot MILF action in the pool area. In reality, we were providing the eye candy for everyone else there. Hoping AngryWife picks a one piece tomorrow.

I'm 83% sure the first "R" rated movie I saw in its entirety was the original "The Longest Yard".

Back in the day we had HBO and on thee other side of town what was called The Star Channel. HBO showed a bunch of different movies all day long...with a lot of weird filler in between. HBO would show a movie and then for 27 minutes they would show some goofy crap like a guy with a camera's POV of an art sale in Central Park.

The Star Channel would show the same movie ALL G-DAMN day long.

"The Longest Yard" w/ Burt Reynolds, Ed Lauter, Michael Conrad, Harry Caesar, and Ray "Total Gaybait" Nitschke..on at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm...

I know you've all been pining for some coserly advice and pro life tips....

1. If you plan on emptying a 400 sqft storage unit into you house that has 20 sqft of available space, you should count on more than two days to achieve it.

2,. If you go in to get the nerve endings in your lower back cauterized, as awful as that sounds, its nothing compared to the 27 horse needle injections that come along with the procedure at no extra charge.

fun week

But that wasn't in the theater. I saw all kinds of R rated movies on HBO weekends and whatnot growing up.

We finally shot the lock off the wallet and got HBO my second year of college. Dead Poet's Society was on constantly. So much so that I used to cheer when he killed himself. Should probably have used a spoiler there.

It seems like it would have to have been Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolff or Blow Up

(since those were the first two ever made)

Jesus, that sucks.

Used to do the church youth group thing in my tweener years. Guy who ran it was very cool. Would show us Road Warrior, MASH, Alien all on his state of the art VHS.
