GM's thread about nothing (27 Viewers)

Awesome night in here yesterday. Wish I had been around, but i had "fancy" date night with the girl without a nickname. Dressed nice and went to a wine tasting/star gazing at the observatory (oldest telescope in the US) and then drinks and dancing before going back to her place.

At this point I've essentially cut off all communication with any other girls that were in the rotation :oldunsure:
I haven't kept up lately - how did FWB take the news?
She was disappointed and sad and thought I was making a mistake, but got the message

Future Mrs. Guster?
roverfish already owns that shtick

Is she Johnny Five's ex-girlfriend?
I had to google that... How have I not heard of him? But yeah, no

I was talking to Mrs. SLB tonight about her week camping and of course she loved it. I was a little surprised (not really) to hear that she wore a bikini to the pool. Oh sure she had boy shorts on but it was so hot she had to get in. :lmao: I'm :lmao: saying "really" and she explained she hasn't had a one piece for a long time. (I remember that too. Her lifeguard uniform  ) She then reassured me that there were other women, Scout leaders there too. I asked if there was a single one of them that was cute. She sort of shamefully looked down, scrunched her lips and shook her head. :lmao:

So over under on how many times she was mentally raped by all of the men and boys around?
Unpossible to extrapolate as much furious pud pulling is still going on as we speak.
Some of those boys will probably use that for years

Pics, you know the type, or gtfo. ;)
At this point she doesn't seem like that type of girl, but time will tell. Probably respect her too much to share anyway, unless things didn't work out :)

Stryker, how does your wife feel about carrying other people's luggage?
Huh?
I was thinking how funny it would be if I asked her to carry my bags. I might be a little high. :bag:
LolShe'll be at home with the kid where she belongs (dont tell her I said that) on Friday afternoon
Misogynistic shtick is one of my favorites. Mrs. SLB usually tells me to go #### myself.
Mr. krista enjoys this as well. One of his favorites is to tell people I'm a "lady lawyer".

Why would he call some chick he's dating "Future Mrs. Guster"?

You see, because acorns grow into oaks.
I actually laughed out loud both at the original joke and at this.

Heading to Patchouli town (aka Boulder) this morning. I wonder how weedy it will be. :oldunsure:

ETA: hiking was out of the question due to snow the other day outside of Laramie. http://img.ly/zeWR
Strap on your YakTrax and get going, Nancy.

Think she has one now!

Jaws was my first R rated movie in a theater
My mother (!) took me to see The Exorcist, thinking it was just a "normal" scary movie. I can still recall her trying to cover my eyes when the cross was being used as a dildo.
My mom took me to see Halloween. I was 10. Swear that I think it's why I still don't sleep to this day.

I can't come up with a good reason to listen to anything other than Pink Floyd these days. Ammiright?

Going back through and listening to some of my favorites, Meddle, Animals, etc. Lord is this good.
I'm afraid I can't hear you over the sound of Willie Nelson being the perfect thing to listen to.
:goodposting: , though if you want complete perfection, gotta go with Townes Van Zandt.

We aren't going to try "I don't like willie Nelson" shtick in here. Let's move along.
It's all in good fun. No one believes there are human beings who don't like the Red Headed Strange. r.
Fixed for you.
####### gingers. No way.

:lightbulb:

It was the original Saturday night fever!! Bunch a hippie parents took a group of us to see it. One of the girls age 10 or so, said 'what are they doing?' When there was the sechs in the car scene. I, of course, knew exactly what was going on. :manabouttown: but I was uncomfortable with this knowledge and that scene did not portray any of the love or intimacy that was supposed to go with it. :lmao:

Geez, that made me remember that I saw that in the theater, too. I was 9. It appears my mom took me to a lot of movies she probably shouldn't have. Guess that's why I don't remember what my first in-theater R was.

Keep in mind that the actually reedited SNF into PG and re-released it along with the R version.
Keep in mind that I checked after being wrong about jaws and I definitely saw the original release which was the R rated version. The PG version came out about a year later with a massive add campaign to accompany it. ;)

What's the difference?
They took out some boobs, some sex, and some F words.

Boobs and sex in the opening scene I guess?

Saturday Night Fever was re-release as PG. Jaws was always PG.

Heading to bartend a high school graduation party. How many drunk 18 year old girls do you think will be out and about in Youngstown tonight? Keep in mind, it's a Catholic school, so you might want to adjust upward.

Oh and I'm already drunk.

:banned:

In Youngstown most of 'em are gonna look like enforcers on the field hockey team. If you break through them you're probably in decent shape though.

Nah, that's the big Germans down around Columbus and Cincy. We get a bunch of little guineas and Irish chicks here.

I ran that campus pretty hard in my college days. Amazing what $2 pitchers will do.
