GM's thread about nothing (25 Viewers)

I'm a big fat guy. I have come to accept that. But ZOMG, McDonald's jalapeno doubles are like heavenly fairy dust on my tastebuds. Like methacrackcocajuana.

charv, I hesitated to ask anyone to take a ferry, but next time could we please take you here? They have smorrebrod (sp?), and every time* I go there I get something with pickled herring.

*Have only been there twice.

I went to the farm today to get some eggs and there was a cat sleeping on top of the cooler they keep the eggs in. I was about to take a pic when I noticed a goat approaching me. I've never seen a goat there and he looked friendly, maybe to friendly. As he got closer, I could smell the creature. Good night, it was the foulest thing I've ever smelt in my life. It was like a construction worker port-o-potty and hooker that just serviced an entire nuclear sub had a baby. Then I almost backed over it as it was attempting to mount my car. Glad I have one of those rear camera things. :bag:

What does Cals medicine have to do with a friend request in CSB's slave name?
I'm considering starting a shaming campaign and I didn't think doing it under CSB would be all that advantageous. If I do, and you guys would share it, I would appreciate it. They've ####ed a lot of children according to the nurse at my kid's doctor. Just bull####. I understand if they don't want to cover it going forward for new patients, although that sucks too, but to just take it away is wrong. Love you.

Because I haven't posted anything terrible in a couple of minutes, I found out tonight my GB's oldest daughter, Cal's age, has epilepsy. :( Pretty sure he's the nicest person I've ever met in my life. Plus I love hanging with him because he's 6'7 and chicks always think he is, or was now, a professional athlete. Always fun. I'll take some T&P's on this one. Poor kid.

Thoughts, prayers to GBSLB's GB's oldest daughter.

I've been rolling since about 3:30. Dishwasher run and emptied, all 71 million house plants watered, grocery store run accomplished, laundry nearing the end, planking done, did my first guided meditation (weird - gonna take some getting used to), got rid of a bunch of boxes, packed and stored all of Mata's stuff that's still here, talked to my electrician friend about installing an outlet where I'm putting the kegerator that I haven't bought yet, talked to my handyman friend about some minor stuff I want done, am getting ready to contact the local homebrew club.

Rest of the day, I'm gonna roll it back. I tend to get pretty manic when I start checking boxes off of my to-do list and then burn out. Will watch the Terps at 11, then Army/Navy (throw out the records on this one, folks).

There's a collector car auction going on downtown. I was fired up for this, but it's on TV, and it's not like I was going to bid or anything.

:hangover:

I'm lying naked in bed, catching up on GMTAN while the girlfriend plays candy crush next to me. Slap it high?

What euphemism could 'playing candy crush' possibly be?

No thanks.

Took some guys from The Chive to lunch yesterday and ended up back at their office, which is awesome. Pool tables, golden tee, three bars, etc. the girls that work there are all knockouts. But the coolest thing is that the founder apparently is a big Banksy fan and they have three originals on the walls, including this garage door piece.

The Chive has offices? Weird.

I bet if you took a blacklight to that place, it'd light up like Times Square.

80 people work there. It's about 12k square feet.
