What are you using for rolls and cheese? These are critical decisions.

You want a nice roll. A crusty roll from a bakery, a mini baguetts or at the very least something from teh Safeway baker. Don't buy a mass produced, soft roll.

Second, I prefer provolone. I drape the slices over the top of the meatballs and the bread so as to completely seal the meatballs and sauce inside. Stick them under the broiler the bubble and brown the cheese. If the cheese is not over the bread (ie tucked into it), you'll burn the top of the bread under the broiler.
Read this like 8x and I'm still Shuked. Can you explain the cheese over the bread thing
HTH

 open face. Both sides with cheese on it under the broiler - then putting the top with the melted cheese on top of the meatballs that also now have melted cheese on them.

Crown royal regal apple sounds disgusting.
This may shock you, but I've had it. It surprised me as it wasn't as horrible and disgusting as I imagined it would be. Taking a whiff of the stuff you get strong notes of apple jolly rancher and you think that you'll probably retch it all back up; but drinking it, the flavor is very light and not horrible at all. Me and my brother and my old man drank a bottle of it on Christmas Eve. We drank it by doing shots, which I would not recommend for this cordial. Instead, mix it with some ginger ale or sprite or some ish.

Now, the Maple Crown Royal on the other hand is the Devil's diarrhea. There is nothing good about that stuff.

I've got 20 gallons of homebrewed beer (+/- a few bottles "tasted" to "make sure they're not infected") in my house and in various forms of fermentation/carbonating. I've done this in the last month. I'm brewing another 5 gallons Saturday.
Let's be friends
I choo-choo-choose you.
Gianmarco's thread, where people proclaim to have never watched a Simpsons episode, has me stabby.
Just please don't tell SLB. I think he likes that show and might never drink with me again if he knew.
:goodposting: & people are stupid

Cal told me the other day he wants to get his Eagle Scout badge. Middle school and high school just got a lot harder. :wall:

:lmao: :lmao:

Lets go no booze talk for a few weeks.
I can't speak to how it impacts your liver numbers, but according to my nutritionist friend, there are studies indicating a bottle of red wine per day is better for you than no red wine at all.

I can't figure out why religious people hate science when it brings us good news like that.

Old lady at work is telling me about her issues with the cable company and them having to come out to her house and replace her "splinters" with ones that have more power. She must have called them splinters eighteen times.

Did you work "Go home, Shelby" into the conversation?

It has nothing to do with religion. One glass of red wine a day is like stopping at second base. I'm not in grade school, science.

Bottle, not glass.

Might as well pour three packets of Fun Dip down your throat.
