Green Bay at Minnesota (1 Viewer)

I have been confused why the Vikings haven't been playing Banyard. He was excellent in preseason and looks great so far in this game.

Yea.. WTF?? Was about to throw a few things at the TV had they accepted that penalty..

Vikes D is holding their own so far..

Rodgers is going to eviscerate the defense if they can't get any pressure on him. He is not getting touched.
I am surprised.. but rushing 4 and covering with 7 is, so far, working.. But yea, every time he steps back and has time to read I'm :oldunsure: the coverage can hold the coverage..

That was a VERY bad throw .. No reason to be dropping and throwing off your back foot there, had no pressure.. Step into the pass Teddy!! :wall:

This is the way to play Rodgers. Make him throw short passes and move the chains. He and McCarthy get impatient and throw deep balls instead of just taking 5 yards each play.

Bridgewater is terrible. Just throwing these balls up for grabs.
You'd be playing like crap also if you were getting slammed to the ground each and every pass play.. No excuses for that last pass, but the guy is going to be "Deer in headlights" as long as he continues to get hammered.

Agreed, I still like Bridgewater, he's just got to stop floating up these gimmes when he's in trouble.

He has too much time to find receivers.

Its the way to play them...but, imo apk failed to mention you must alsi be able to get pressure on him with the front 4. McCarthy does get impatient some and wants to take deep ####s. Rodgers will take.whatever they give him.

If the Vikes can tie it up here, and go into halftime tied.. :) Not to mention they get the ball to start the 2nd half..

OK.. well 14-10 and ball first in the 2nd half isn't bad at all.. Probably could have won some good money in Vegas betting Vikings within 4 at half time ;)

With some dominating defense the past 2 weeks after they moved Mathews inside and were blitzing him why did they move him back to the outside? Starting to regret I picked them up this week!

Teddy is Jeykl and Hyde. Weird player to figure out.
 Not really.. Rookie QB behind one of the worst OL in the NFL.. With a Rookie RB, 2 starting WR's who are in their 2nd year and still learning.... Not much to understand here.. You are going to struggle as a rookie QB any ways.. Throw in the other messes on the Offensive side of things and you have a :tfp: waiting to happen.

In other words, he is a rookie. He was supposed to sit most of the season. Need some patience with him, he's going to make rookie mistakes. That is also likely why Norv is so conservative right now. That said, Bridgewater does seem to learn from his mistakes and works hard to correct them. My verdict is still out.
