Isn't he a safety? What about Adrian Wilson and Kerry Rhodes? I saw all three playing today, but Toler had the most tackles. Maybe they're playing Wilson as a hybrid LB type. Cardinals sucked today, defense actually did halfway decent in the 2nd half considering the turnovers..
Toler is a cornerback.

Let's be honest here - who else do they have at CB? Toler will start next week. I've been depending on him in one of my leagues as a consistent option, so Whisenhunt better not bench him or he'll feel my wrath!

For now this seems like they'll chalk it up to "he had a bad week" and he'll be starting next week. That's my read, absent of course an official declaration that he's benched. It's something to watch, though, because if he gets beat repeatedly again then he might lose his starting job.Let's be honest here - who else do they have at CB? Toler will start next week. That's my problem. I've got to play either Toler or Flowers and I only have $1.00 to spend; FA's cost $2 after blind bidding.
Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt has ruled CB Greg Toler (foot) a game-day decision for the Week 12 game on Monday Night.
Even though Toler practiced on Friday, he is still uncertain to play in San Francisco. Mike Adams would start in place of Toler opposite Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, but doesn't figure to be heavily tested by a mediocre Niners' passing attack.

Ugh, my CB's are decimated all of a sudden. Pending a blind bidding waiver pick up (I hope) of Ike Taylor, my other CB's are Flowers and Hayden. 
Anyone know Toler's status? Any chance of him playing this week?

As best as I can tell, he had a bad game but didn't lose his starting job. He didn't play solely due to injury, and he's back at practice and not on the injury report. I'd say he's starting and he's in my lineup this week.

Hopefully you don't have to. I haven't since the beginning of November, and won't until he plays and produces again. Too much uncertainty between both his injury and quality of play.
