Burleson has looked very good in the preseason. I've bumped Hackett significantly down my list. I think it many have grossly underestimated Burleson, because he was playing with broken fingers or broken something last year in his first year on the team. It's been said many times but not fully grasped, that WRs who switch offenses tend to suffer in their first year. And now that Burleson is catching the ball, he looks every bit of a capable WR2 in that offense. If anything, he has earned himself playing time, and Hackett is not going to bump Deion Branch out of the #1 there. I look at Hackett as a WRBC on his own team, especially with Engram entrenched at WR#3, and nowhere he is nowhere near deserving of where he is going in drafts right now.
Branch appears to be the guy you want to own in Seattle now. It's gonna take a real early pick to do it though. Personally, I'll avoid of take Burleson real late.

Jacoby Jones looks like he could be poised to be the next great rookie WR. My interest in him went down when the Houston coaches stated that Walter was entrenched as WR2, but what Jacoby has done this preseason is undeniable. Should have seen that coming after the Senior Bowl huh? I think at this point, he is going to win the WR2 sooner rather than later, and has some decent upside in a surprising Houston offense. I would love to grab this guy as a late round pickup in a redraft.
