"let me be healthy, use lean meat - then add a big dollop of something that is 70+% fat"I’m cool with mustard instead of mayo, only if the meat is 20% fat (or more). We tend to get leaner grinds, trying to be “healthier” so mayo helps in that regard.
It is isn’t it? Gotta be honest, it’s my go to, if we’re doing burgers on the grill, pickles, cheese and thousand island and maybe mushrooms or French’s fried onions.Very underrated rated on a burger

Intriguing.BTW Portland is a foody city and over the last 10 yrs lots of burger joints have opened. Place called killer burger has one with peanut butter ,https://killerburger.com/menu/ sounds gross but I tried it and it was great.
....to ruin it.A fine hamburger on great bread only needs A1 sauce.
I might have to go red onion in place of cheeseHeirloom tomato
cheese
mayo
Well, yes."let me be healthy, use lean meat - then add a big dollop of something that is 70+% fat"
Well good God Almighty which way do you steer.I like mine with lettuce and tomato, Heinz 57 and french fried potatoes. A big kosher pickle and a cold draught beer.
My buns have no seeds. Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun.
honestly, the Cheeseburger in Paradise at JB Margaritaville in Universal Orlando is THE best burger i've ever had.Well good God Almighty which way do you steer.

Big fan of tartar but the only acceptable use is for fried fish and the occasional onion ring that might fall into the tartar sauce.Tartar sauce >> 1000 Island
