So the wife's pregnant, and starting to go a little lounging around the apartment. Decides we must start going out for dinner in the neighborhood more this week.



Everywhere we've been going has been chock full o' single girls, or at least groups of girls without guys. So much so that I made a point of looking inside other spots as we walked by them- same deal.

I'm talking solid 6s and 7s just packing this places waiting for you FFA single guys to show up and regale them with your FFA largesse. And thrown into the 6s & 7s mix are plenty of jaw-dropping beauties if the game is good enough. I'm just saying that the average is way above average, and like the National Change Bank, you've got volume working for you too.

I can't vouch for the weekends- seems to be a lot more dudes gumming up the works. But Sunday through Thursday... ai-chee-momma.

I agree about the married thing opening your game up... but NYC really has NEVER been like this in the 20 years I've lived here, married or no.All the dudes must be huddled in front of their computers complaining to fantasy forum friends about not getting any... ... they're certainly not out down here.

Oh- there's a great sushi restaurant on Clinton St called Cube 63. Since the moment it opened a couple years ago, it's always been full of girls in groups (my wife thinks it's because it's BYOB, and women are cheap when on their own)- highly recommended for the shooting fish in a barrel factor.

I've lived in the neighborhood for a while, and believe me- it's never been like what I've seen this week. I'm not talking about a good place to go out- I'm talking about boatloads of wimmens without guys anywhere around.That said- we don't exactly go out for drinks any more- so chances are good the guys are eating elsewhere and rolling down here for drinks after dinner. I'd say just about anywhere up and down Ave B/ Clinton St- loads of Tapas joints which means ill-fed, boozing girls.We've got a friend who works at EU, which is where we ate last night and got me thinking about this (it was somewhere along the lines of 4:1 wimmens to guys... and that's not counting teh gheys.)

Again- Cube 63 on Clinton has amazingly good sushi but is usually a turnoff to the wife and I because it's really small (seats maybe 20) and is always filled with drunk, loud girls. And because it's so small, you're pretty much in each-other's business... bad for middle aged married couple, GREAT for single, fun-loving FFA guy. Girls I have seen in there range from Gwenyth Paltrow (literally) to shrieking harpies, but tending to solid 6s and 7s.

The whole stretch between Delancey and Houston from Allen (1st Ave) East is packed with spots to go. F train it down and just do the crawl from joint to joint. I'd say again though- that it's been Ave B and Clinton that have been going off this week.
