Wifey wants her in jail immediately.  I tried to explain that picture taking girl was really hot so I thought it was ok.  Wifey did not agree.

Erin Andrews got $25M for someone filming her and posting it on the internet. Pretty sure the lady in the photo is going to come out with some good cash, and the POS Playboy Playmate/horrible human being will be fighting to stay out of a cell.

Given the level of publicity now, I don't see any way around it. Well, unless she settles out of court for a rather large sum. But even then, LA Fitness may pursue it to alleviate concerns of their customers.

LA Fitness already revoked her membership. The crime wasn't committed against them, so they have no say in filing charges. It's up to the DA, and victim if she cooperates.

She may get off then. Because I imagine the victim will take a hefty payout in lieu of charges. But other than fluffer, this girl is going to have trouble finding work for awhile. At least to anyone that even remotely caters to an audience that includes the female demographic. And I don't feel even a little bad for her. She seems like a fairly despicable human being.

Semi-hot Playboy model took a naked pic of a fat chick and then sent it out via Snapchat.  Before knowing she was naked just thought she was another stupid #####.  Now I hope she does jail time but she won't because "*hehe* *hehe* I'm just a girl".

Taking unauthorized naked pics of someone and putting them in cyberspace for the intention of making fun of and humiliating them?  Screw that bimbo.  Again, if the fat gal was in the gym proper, and clothed, that would be completely different.

Would still hate her though.  The gal is at least trying to do something about her weight.  It isn't like she was at KFC with five buckets of chicken in front of her.

If a guy had a hidden camera in the women's locker room and then posted a picture of a naked woman making fun of her, would you think he deserves a small jail term?

This was despicable on many levels. She should serve a small jail sentence. Even her apology was awful. She never even apologized to the actual woman she shamed. It was pretty clear that she was just upset that people now hate her.

 
There are lawyers running around LA right now trying to find the fat naked chick like she is a rare pokemon.

 
This is a bit over the top. Public outrage at extremes these days.  Are people just waking up to how we treat one another in this social media-rich society we live in?

This could never had occurred before social media. 20 years ago, how would you have snuck a picture of a person naked and shared it with potentially millions of people instantly? Times have changed. With this ability comes the responsibility that goes along with it. And the outrage and punishment when you abuse it.

I dunno.  Even if the fat girl was at the gym fully clothed or if she's at KFC taking out a bucket, what business is it of anyone else what she is doing?  

People using social media to make fun of others suck.  Some day this bimbo is going to be old and ugly and I bet she wouldn't appreciate someone posting pics of her naked.
