I guess it also comes down to how many women in the world you think are 10's. I happen to think there are probably millions of chicks who I'd classify as a 10 or at least many many thousands, but if you only think there are like 10 or so then no she's probably not one of the 10 hottest chicks walking the planet today. There are tons of insanely hot chicks who just aren't famous for one reason or another, and then you've got the Jessica Alba type celebrities that just blow away everyone. So even though Upton's face and boobs are a 15, her ### and hips are probably average or below average.
