How to ingore a user with a comma in username? (1 Viewer)

not sure who can help...maybe @Memphis Foundry?  @Maurile Tremblay 

I want to ignore a user, we'll call him @The Busy, The Tired but due to the comma it thinks I'm trying to ignore 2 separate users "the busy" and "the tired" and tells me no such members

any tips or is it a board software limitation?  any way to do a manual override and ignore him for me?

When you type in "the busy", it should be giving you suggestion below the textbox for you to select.   You can also try typing "the busy, the tired".

Just block @Eminence and @Fox Scream. This user ID is just another alias of those banned user accounts, and since it's against forum rules to use an alias, this identified user ID should be shut down shortly. Right?

If you click the drop down next to your user name in the upper right corner,  "Ignored Users"  will show up. Click on that and it will show who you currently ignore. There is also a "search field" to add new users you want to ignore. If you start to type their name, in this case, The Busy, you should see their name populate. Simply click on their name and the options to ignore should appear.

Eminence Content Count = 12,175 + Fox Scream Content Count = 1,463.

These accounts have been banned/TO'ed, and he created another alias @ The Busy, The Tired with a comma in it that people in the FFAWT can't ignore, and he's back flooding the thread.

Kind of surprised the mods are on vaca with this and not nuking threads left and right.

I don't see any way to do this through the bored's current UI, but that doesn't necessarily mean the bored software doesn't support it on the back end.  You could ask an admin.  They might have other ways to enter it for you.
