I would imagine that he is. With all that he has donated and done for charities in the past, I would bet he will. Of course that takes into account that he actually knows that he is supposed to, which with him can be questionable.

Yeah, one thing about Howard you can't get on him about is him not giving money to charity or being cheap. There have been countless stories for years about how he always takes care of people when going out to eat and all of that kind of stuff. I can't imagine that all of a sudden he would not give any money to ALS. I think if he wasn't he either would have completely ignored the whole "ice bucket" thing or he would have went off about it on his show.
